The start of my tenancy was very straightforward from the viewing of the property to signing the contract everything was very smooth and fast ..no complaints at
"Naser" the member off staff who looked after the property was very friendly and i always had good communication with him through emails and property inspections
The end of my tenancy was so straightforward also ..everything was good in the property when I left and I received my deposit back within 1 week
I would recommend Lamont to anyone looking for a property

We have been dealing with Lamont Estates for close to a year now as they manage two properties for us. In that time they have proven very effective at managing our properties. They have filled both with tenants in a short space of time from availability and have been very communicative on all aspects of our business together. When we have had any queries they have been quick to answer. So far I would happily recommend their services.

Very easy process and made my first rental at ease and no too stressful especially when I have autism too they was supportive supportive at first then naser made illegal entry to my property on 20/04/26 for a safety inspection i warned him prior to this to give me an exact date and time due to me working lates he refused he then rang me on 20/04/26 when he rang I said I am out and he's gonna have to come back another day he said to me okay I will just let myself in then I didnt give him consent to enter I wanted to be present at the property for the inspection as I like to be present for stuff like this he refused he therefore broke the law ny not providing quiet enjoyment i dont mind the lanlord or agents coming for inspections but I atleast want to be present for them and be provided an exact convenient date and time that suits both not entering without my permission.
