Service ok but I ordered a wrong bulb…
Service ok but I ordered a wrong bulb (looking very close) and the return shipping cost has to be paid by myself, which is almost the price of the bulbs themselves.
Knowing that the initial shipment wasn't free I would expect a better support in case of a mistake.
I will probably not order with them anymore

The lamps took 7 months to be delivered…
The lamps took 7 months to be delivered with little updates when we could expect it to arrive. When they arrived both lamps bulbs were smashed. I had to order new bulbs at the cost of almost 50 euros each. Very disappointed

I have checked the order for you, however, you placed the order on 08.08.2023 and we sent the order the same day. The order was delivered the next day.
