Service was slow and the goods in no way resembled the ones in the ads In the ad the dog ( retriever) is shown to be larger than a A4 picture, in reality it is approx 4.5 inches high, it shows you the items as hand made, cut glass and leaded in reality they are PLASTIC. I was offered a 15% refund !
