Messed up delivery address and payment and support. .
This 2/5 rating are for 5 things:
1. The filtering and classifications can be improved.
2. I selected bank transfer in advance payment to get the discount. No feedback that it went OK. After some days I create a support ticket to get that linked and order. Did not get an answer on email, just a "case created". Some days later then got a standard email that order in progress.
3. At last got email about shipment, but when checked PostNord then after a while the status of delivery (at home) were "wrong address". When contacted PN then they said that the sender had to inform about any address change, or deliver it to a pick-up place.
4. I called Lampegiganten support, but not much help there, apparently no easy way to correct an address. Issue were that the field for "extra delivery info" were placed between street address and street number, where apparently on the parcel label the street number were not there.
5. No compensation offered, wasted my time and prolonged delivery time, including this rating explanation.

The parcel never came
The parcel never came. Still waiting and postnord cant tell me what happened. receiving this question on what I think of the product that cant be delivered feels almost a mockery.
