My experience with Lampen & Meer raises serious concerns about their business practices.

After placing an order, which was delayed by over 3 months without any apology, I was contacted the day before delivery with a request to pay additional delivery costs that were not part of the original agreement.

I was given only a few hours to pay under threat of cancellation. The order was then cancelled under false claims.

Shifting internal pricing errors onto customers after months, and applying pressure to force additional payment, is not acceptable and borders on extortion.

I strongly recommend others to avoid purchasing from this company.

On TikTok they put chairs for 5€, I drove 4hours and the cheapest one was 100€.

The delivery was fast but I received a wrong item 😕,I called to ask if they can do something about this and they said " that is what we have at the moment, we don't have what you ordered, helaas...
What kind if service is that?????.
Why the item is online if you cannot provide it?? 🤔

The site is very good and has a lot of beautiful staff , it's very serious but the delivery is so SLOW iti took almost 1 month to get the chair I ordered delivered to Rome, Italy(that's why a shop in Naples sell your staff at more than twice the price you have!).
And it would be helpful if you can translate the whole site in English, final part of the sell included!

Pathetic service. We order salon tafel. First they deliver it late and delivered wrong color. It has been a week since we contacted. No no answer on call. Order no is ORD02013.

very trustable shop, with online ordering and free delivery possibility.
for the kitchen items, i could ask the owner from whatapp regarding the sizes and question. the owner will normally reply within one day.
