your site is complicated. i donot like your selling lamps without bulbs that are not standard and cannot be found in regular shops. will stop buying from your website . bad practice.

Non of the orders arrived. Keep in mind when u purchase a product that you will waiting 10 days and counting.

Still waiting for my order, with no explanation for the delay. Delivery was supposed to be several days ago. Update…the problem seems to have entirely with UPS, the shipping company. The customer service by Lampen und Leuchten was excellent, and eventually UPS delivered my order. I will not hesitate to order from Lampen und Leuchten again in the future if I can be satisfied that their problems with UPS have been resolved or another company is being used for delivery.

I pre-ordered 300chf of product, waited a month for it to be sent out, then the package got stuck in customs for two weeks, and only after I asked what was going on, was the order then cancelled by lampenundleuchten. The item was no longer available so I waited a month and a half for nothing. No compensation offered.

The lamp shade is very nice BUT the box was smashed on one side and the shade was slightly bent. I was able to reshape it. The lamp was just put inside the box without any packing around it??!

I still haven't received the order.
it was expected to be shipped on july 8, it's july 15 and I have never received any tracking number, update or communication about the order. On the website there is no possibility to send an email.
Update 16JULY2025: After searching for a contact number, I had to call the UK number because there is no support for Switzerland. The operator told me that my order was blocked due to an article available on web site but out of stock and they will not restock it. No communication about it. Another article i ordered because was available on the site, in reality is going to be restocked. This generated a delay of 3 weeks to despatch the order. The new expected date is July 25th. I would have never known it without calling the customer care in UK, (because they don't have one in Switzerland). A better communication and a real time stock availability would be much appreciated, together with a swiss number to call. What I can say is that the person I spoke to, was very kind and competent and found a way to update the order and find a new date.

Terrible after sale service!

The lamp was delivered within 7-10 days, which was ok and expected.
Unfortunately, the lamp came with two small parts broken. I wrote a few emails, and contacted the company via the online form. One of my emails was responded to after two weeks or so! Phew! The small parts were promised to be sent to us. Almost two months later, we still haven’t received them
