I just want to say thanks to Rico! He really cares about his business and his costumers. I didn’t receive my order on time, but the Lamp I got a few days later was amazing! He also apologized about the delay explaining the reasons that caused it! Great costumer service!

I made an order 3 weeks ago and still have no news of it, despite all the emails and messages on Instagram.

The outline of the picture was so detailed and beautiful, it was immediately recognizable and very real looking. The precision in the details was incredible, and i really loved all the lighting options. Would definitely use their services again!

Either a scam or a really slow service. I ordered 15 days ago and I haven't received any updates in the last 10 days. Emailed twice, no response. Messaged on Instagram, no response. Still hoping to receive the lamp, but I feel scammed already.

At first I thought it was a scam as when I made the purchase I didn’t receive a confirmation email but then I massaged them on instagram and they sent it right away.

During the process every time I had a question and messaged on insta they replied instantly.

When I was sent the drawing for review and wanted them to change some small things and they did.

When I received the lamp it was amazing just how I wanted it. 🤩

I gave it to my boyfriend as a gift for valentine’s day and he loved it.

Will definitely purchase again someday. 🫶🏼

I saw their ad on Instagram, went to the website, made my order very easily. Then, they have sent me draft for review, considered my comment and change request and did everything as I wanted. My order was packed in a very beautiful box with nice design and extra safety for lamp itself. The result is amazing, even more beautiful than I expected, quality is very high. Ordered to Estonia, arrived safe and easy. Recommending to everyone who seeks for creative gifts for their beloved ones!

I placed a order back in December, and I was getting frustrated because it had not been shipped yet. Then I received an email from the man behind Lamppiece. Were he explained that Christmas had been very busy season and that he was very sorry that I had not received my order yet. He gave me a full refund and a code to buy a new free lamp, because of all the trouble. Overall a very good experience, and Lampiece provides very good customer service (apart from the busy periods like Christmas)

This company is a big scam. I wrote a 1-star review a few weeks ago. I was later on contacted by the support team who explained the current situation. They prioritized orders placed before December 10th as those orders were promised to be delivered before christmas. Totally understandable. I removed my review.

December 20th:
I was told my design would be finished at the end of the week or at the very least in the beginning of next week.

December 30th:
I was told my order was delayed again... The deadline was pushed to January 1st or 2nd.

It's now January 7th and I haven't heard from them since.

EDIT:
I was offered a free lamp as an apology short after posting my review. I was in personal contact with Rico who kindly offered it. What a great service of him. I received the product a few weeks later. Exactly as promised and made of quality materials. Rough beginning, but definitely made up for their mistake. I will gladly return to this company in the future.

Rico was very helpful and adjusted the frame as I asked. He also suggested a frame instead of a light as it would look better with the picture I wanted. The product is lovely, made my husband very happy.

Made my order and received in 3 weeks! Got a proof version I had to accept and the results are amazing! I love my cute lamp and sure am gonna order more in the future.

The customer service was great! My discount didnt seem to work, so they wired the amount back to my bank account. Also all my questions were answered quickly and nicely. And most of all: i love the lamp! Like the different lighting settings. And a usb charger, so good to go in any country. However, keep in mind that delivery time takes a while. Cant remember exactly, but think about a month?
