Horrible Customer Service

I was told my package was delivered by FedEx, but I never received it. Customer Service at this company is abhorrent. I contacted them through their web email and also through chat. Both were useless. I then called. Phone queues are very long. I was told they would open an investigation with FedEx that would take 14 days. Totally unacceptable! A call to FedEx takes 10 minutes, not 14 days. They are quick to take your money but slow to fix a problem. Never again! Lamps Plus, you could have gotten all of our corporate business, but you blew it. Never again!!

Lamps Plus Shame On You!!

Never received order from this company despite it being said delivered by FedEx! FedEx told the company they delivered it to the correct address and I argued and insisted they did not and I wanted my money back! That they we're wrong! Well they were! My package showed up on my door step 3 weeks later damaged!
Update
Since posting I've been contacted by a wonderful person named Tiffani who made every thing right with this customer and apologized amensiously for my trouble!
