Easy to navigate website, bulbs delivered promptly. Although they were carefully packed unfortunately there were a couple of breakages. Customer services very helpful and replacements sent immediately - they arrived intact. Would highly recommend

Brilliant company, had everything I needed in stock. Communication is also good. I had to email as one bulb we put in popped straight away. They were very good in replacement, sent us a replacement straight away too. I would definitely use again.

they were unable to complete my order because they said they didn't have my address. I tracked the order number down at paypal and gave lampwise all the relative information. I was then told I would receive my item in 2 days. It didn't arrive. I contacted lampwise again, and they then told me they didn't have any postal address! On calls to them I was told they would phone back. They didn't. so I got a refund. Very, very poor. 0 out of 10.

I was trying to find a 34 mm fluorescent tube Lampwise found it and sent it to me within four days. I just wish other companies were like this very efficient with a great stock and wonderful delivery service highly recommended.

I recently had to replace a strip light bulb and had some difficulty in finding the right replacement.After some research I contacted lampwise.co.uk and requested delivery,ithen became worried it being damaged in the post. No worries, it arrived packed to a very high standard, insulated and beautifully boxed12

Customer service well beyond any expectations as I had only supplied the reference of a circular light purchased in 2016... Natasha advised me the product had been discontinued... She forwarded the details of a suitable substitute with all the relevant dimensions asking me to check them. Perfect match. New light purchased.

I ordered bulbs from Lampwise and unfortunately one of them wasn’t working, I emailed them and got an immediate response in which they said another one was in the post. I found them to be extremely helpful and very quick to respond. I certainly would recommend them.

Prompt despatch of obsolete flourescent tube which was securely boxed to prevent damage. Timely, polite and informed replies to emails relating to a replacement starter unit for a 60s jukebox resulting in a very gracious FOC unit. This family run business gives excellent friendly customer service. We have been using this business for many years because of the informative advice they give and service they provide. They are always able to find something to suit your location from the large range of light fittings they are able to obtain. The shop is like an illuminated Aladdin's cave.

We took our parents to Lampwise as they wanted a Tiffany lamp. The shop staff were very helpful and assisted them with purchasing a lamp. They were unsure on design so they said if they didn’t like it when they got home, they could take it back and exchange it.

I foolishly ordered the wrong bulbs which were needed for a very important event .... I phoned Lampwise desperately in the hope they could send me the correct ones for the next day and they did ! so good to speak to someone on the end of the phone - thanks Lampwise !

I had a great experience at Lampwise. Natasha who served me was attentive & knowledgable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered honest advice. The array of lighting options was amazing and the advice was top notch from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Lampwise again a would recommend others to visit.

Following my previous review Natasha phoned me. How dare I leave a one star review?. My review was an honest one. Natasha's aggressive tone was completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
