Lampy.pl sent me wrong lamp by mistake and while I was waiting my order and sending them back, lamp which I ordered was not available already.

Lampy.pl sent me wrong lamp by mistake (their mistake, order was correct) and while I was waiting my order and sending them back, lamp which I ordered was not available already. And they plan to send me correct lamp only after they receive wrong one and they didn't reserve lamp for me which I've ordered originally. They care about receiving wrong lamp back instead of sending me correct one.

Scam company

Scam company. Avoid at all cost. I got scammed 200€ and I'm not there only one unfortunately. Paid the order, didn't receive any confirmation, emailed them and got answer that they didn't receive any order from me, that they will send my inquiry to another department. No communication since. Their hotline is a joke, hanging up on me after i explain the situation or put me on hold for hours (literally). Once the woman told me that they saw my email and before she finished her sentence i was on hold (she probably wasn't supposed to say that.

EDIT: I finally received my order... with one item broken and without any invoice. Having received what I paid for does not change my oppinion on how to treat customers. No I did not get any order in my spam folder, you even answered my email (once) saying that you did not have any order from me. I then wrote many emails that stayed unanswered. I called customer service so many times and was extremely badly treated - when I was treated at all. Note that currently I have items that I cannot even return if I wanted because I do not have any invoice nor order number.

Service and Product review

The service: I've ordered a lamp with two bulbs, and was expecting to have it delivered in one package. It was not indicated anywhere that the bulbs will be delivered separately from the lamp itself. i had to call the service and discover that it will arrive later.
The product: overall the lamp looks great, however not stable, it is a bit leaning to the side. There is also a visible spot of rust on one of the stands.
