Great service, highly recommend
Very friendly, helpful team, good delivery service, A very convenient, personalised, local service, which is a very welcome change to the big conglomorates, Homebase, B & Q etc. Good prices and a good selected range of garden tools and equipment. Very good selection of garden pots at good prices.
Lancasters has been for many, many years and continues to be a local treasure.

Great garden center which I’ve been to…
Great garden center which I’ve been to a few times as it’s pretty local. Recently I used their delivery service for some bark mulch. I placed the order that evening and then the very next morning it was delivered. Super quick and very pleased with the quality and price.

Good service
I have always received friendly and knowledgeable service from Lancasters Garden Centre. It's my go-to garden centre, and they always carry the heavy stuff to my car without being asked. The recent online collection service worked fine and felt safe.

Efficient easy buying process. Would prefer a gift card or at least a brighter/nicer print out.
I only bought a voucher, and the process was efficient enough. This the favourite garden centre of the friend I bought the voucher, and she speaks highly of the products & the staff. However, I dropped one star because I would have preferred to have had a physical gift card to give, especially since the printed gift voucher was relatively plain. Given that this is a gardening business the product should reflect the colurful nature of the product sold.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the digital voucher you received. This is actually a generic design provided by our website hosts, which we have attempted to change for a few years now, however they do not allow customisation. If you would have contacted us, we are able to send out a design more reflective of our branding.
We do actually sell a physical voucher also, so should you order any more gift cards in the future, feel free to choose that option instead of the digital version.
