Great customer service!
UPDATE: Danielle had contacted me via email about the issue, but the email had gone into my junk folder. Great customer service as seen below in Danielle's response and will definitely purchase from Lancastrian Jewellers in the future.
The website and delivery were great. The ring is nice but the band is slightly misshapen and I thought this would be something that would've been corrected before being sold to a customer.
Would consider purchasing from the website in the future.

I bought from Lancastrian jewellers for the 2nd or 3rd time! I bought a beautiful Victorian ring. I am very pleased with the ring , I felt the price was reasonable for a 15ct gold ring with opals and garnet. The communication with this company is good, they also have a variety of antique jewellery from various eras & at various price points, with a 10% off for a loyalty sign up. I have and would recommend this business.
