Another fantastic re-mortgaging experience with lance mortgages. Aaron contacted us 6 months before our current deal was about to expire, and secured us the best deal. We were then handed over to Anne-Marie who guided us through the final stages of completion. Lance mortgages have been looking after us for years and it is lovely to have that personal relationship with the team. Thank you guys!

Great at finding the best available mortgage.
This the second time I've asked these guys to help with finding the best mortgage for my needs and twice they have succeeded. Very helpful and made sure a mortgage offer was acquired quickly. Anne-Marie was a great help in making sure everything was followed up and completed.

We are sorry to hear you feel like our fee was too expensive but I can confirm we script and audit all calls where our fee is disclosed to ensure our customers are clearly informed. We also signpost, as per regulatory direction, our fee a number of times within the paperwork you received so you would as you have all the information upfront in order to make an advised decision on whether you wished to go ahead or not at a stage where there were no obligations to proceed. You also paid without dispute meaning we were unaware of any dissatisfaction regarding the fee, so are saddened to receive this review.

Excellent service, professional, friendly & courteous
I received an excellent service from lance mortgages, initially dealt with Aaron who talked me through the whole re-mortgage process, gave excellent advice and sourced me the best mortgage deal available, once secured the process was handled by Anne-Marie who answered all my queries promptly and professionally, it was a smooth process and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Would highly avoid using this company
Would highly avoid using this company, They are very quick to give you a good offer. However once you take them up on it and proceed with them by paying an initial fee, there are no progress updates unless you are chasing them. We were told incorrect information. Their portal updates weeks after the event has happened. When raising a complaint with them its ignored and not acknowledged despite chasing for their additional completion fee and adding on extra charges.

Very Efficient and Approachable
Josh Reynolds and Anne Marie were extremely approachable and nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a competitive mortgage 6 months before my existing one finished. Once I grasped the online legal website, it was a breeze. My mortgage was set in place on the exact date, very smooth transaction and emails to keep me updated. A great deal obtained by Josh who gave me good advice. Anne Marie was very patient with me and fully explained every step. Very efficient company . Thank you 😊

Great team showing care for their customers. Made it easy to apply online and provide documents. Got the mortgage without having to face anyone. This was important to me as my job is very demanding and I don’t have time to go to the bank or spend hours on the phone.
