Not received order and no refund

In late December 2023, I ordered two swimsuits on their website. About a month later, I was notified that I had to pay import fees. A few days later, a small package was delivered. Instead of the bathing suits, it contained counterfeit Rayban sunglasses. Following this, I contacted the seller. They responded kindly and quickly to the e-mail. However, they could not send me the correct item. This was because the item was sold out (on the website, however, the item is still available). Because the article was not delivered, I asked for my money back. Their response was that I could return the sunglasses at my own expense and get my money back stating that if the item did not pass customs, I would get nothing back. Or I could choose to keep the sunglasses and get a 35% refund (What means paying €70 for fake sunglasses).
