Scammed into Shared Ownership

We bought 25% of a flat. We were told explicitly by Mark Thompson that it'd be easy to sell should we move on. It's now been a year on the market with no buyer in sight. Rent and service charge increase with no warning or explanation. We were scammed. Avoid at all costs. This is not affordable housing.

I bought a shared ownership property from Legal and General. I couldn't be happier with the service. The house is well maintained and any issues were quickly dealt with after our purchase. Suzzane's communication throughout the buying process made it stress free, we were very impressed.

Poor customer service and no help

I am very disappointed with Legal and General Affordable Homes regarding an unresolved issue with the automatic light in my flat. Despite multiple communications and raising the issue within the appropriate period, LGAH has not attended to the matter, leaving it unresolved to date.

Their avoidance of resolving a customer's problem seems unreasonable and in bad faith. I've urged them to escalate this as a formal service complaint, but they are refusing to help.

This experience has been highly frustrating, and I cannot recommend LGAH based on their poor customer service, lack of accountability and lack of timely action.

Avoid them at all costs!!!

I have rented a property from L and G Affordable Homes and Pinnacle and I have to say it is the worst management of a building I have experienced.
Not only do both companies not care about anyone they are meant to be providing a service to but the lack of response and outright rudeness from staff is unbelievable.

For the past couple of years the whole building has been complaining about the state of cleanliness, the high crime rates in the building due to lack of CCTV and proper doors, the lack of response time when issues are flagged, the rudeness of staff, the lack of security when large scale events are happening, the rubbish and dumped items all around the building, noise complaints are not dealt with.

I would strongly advise against ever renting off either company or having anything to do with them.
They don't care about you and all they want is your money.

Avoid them at all costs!!!
