Awful Customer Service / Poor Quality. We bought a landice tread mill and it has been nothing but a low quailty mess. Customer service is even worse, this is a shady firm. We used one of their approved repair shops and order over $2000 of parts and they never could get this POS to work again. Then instead of being helpful they just blamed the service firm the sent us too. Thanks a lot.
Purchased a new L8 treadmill in Feb 2023. Multiple problems the first year, including times when the machine would increase speed and incline on its own. The treadmill is a clear lemon and safety hazard. The customer service I received from Landice is absolute garbage. They refused to acknowledge anything was wrong with it, and have blamed me for not having the right electrical outlet, even though I verified that with them prior to purchase. After multiple issues I requested a refund and was refused. An email to the president went unanswered. Now I am left with a $6000 machine that I can't use. 0/10 recommend.
The treadmills that I gifted my wife broke down multiple times, and it takes a lot of time to get LANDICE to repair the treadmill. For the pricepoint of an L7 treadmill you might expect something different. I am disappointed.
