Never again. We placed 10 lots with this auction house and received back (after their outrageous costs), less than half of the hammer price. Two lots did not sell; when we retrieved them they were not complete, reducing their value still further. We use many auction houses; this one is behind the times and unprofessional!
Don't expect any help, service or professionalism if you buy online here. They will not send nor pack only for a fee. They will not even let you send a box and put your lot in it for a courier to collect. They force you with indignity to get a full service (expensive) company to travel over 60 miles to their backwater saleroom. Bah, humbug. Mr Grinch, the Little British auctioneer says "No".
