Really good company! Needed emergency light and fire certificate for my property , they booked and advised me via whatsapp got an appointment quickly, gave me the option to pay before or after the appointment and sent me the reports by email and whatsapp 24 hours after- very happy with their service and will use them for other things like gas safety etc in the future thanks

The vendor respond to queries and questions promptly. The use of WhatsApp is very convenient. The EICR report was delivered the next day. I found the service great value for money at £99 for a 2-bedroom flat.
