As with most things, when collecting money and things running smoothly, all is good but dare question them and they will recite inaccurate contract information and try to extract as much money as they can from the situation. I gave them two chances and they not only failed both times but were very aggressive in their attitude!

I was very sceptical to use Landlord Metering at first as I had no prior knowledge about using their meters.
However, I have been with them for about 2 years now and I have never regretted my decision.
I ordered 7 meters for each of my 7 rooms in my HMO along with an 8th meter for the sole use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.
I am reimbursed every month from Landlord Metering from each of the meters that are being used by my tenants. The whole setup is so easy, convenient and hassle free for a busy landlord/managing agent like myself.
I highly recommend these guys. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they do and I will not hesitate to use their meters on my next project.

Really pleased with the meters as it takes a lot of hassle away from me! I had 3 meters installed and the tenants like the ease of use and convenience. Saves me having to call in to drop off cards and pick up money! The meters weren't reading accurately but now it's all in real time the bills are correct.
I had issues with my current supplier and Gary went above and beyond to help me try and sort out the problems. He's very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help me!
We installed 5 meters from Landlord Metering in a small block of flats. The installation went very well and the tenants are extremely satisfied with the meters. Landlord Metering were very helpful throughout the entire process and we received superb customer service. We had to install new meters due to the change in the pound coin, but we discovered that the previous meters were not set at the correct rate and we were losing several hundred pounds. This has now been rectified. They also found a cheaper electricity supplier, saving us even more. Our monthly payments have been made promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Landlord Metering both for the landlord and tenant.
