Quick response with a solution

Good Product and Service

You will never get a refund
Their affiliate extension will break your webhook with Stripe. They tried to fix it for two weeks to no avail, but keep asking for more chances instead of issuing a refund. As a business we need to move on. In summary, you will never get a 30-day refund. You will never get your money back.

For the conflict with your webhook stripe, our technical team reported that it is caused by your module, and they also have been trying to contact you and ask for permission to check your webhook response, however you have not replied.
According to our refund policy, we only refund when our module causes conflict and our teachnical team refuse to resolve it.

BUG was not fixed
There was an issue on affiliate extension.
The support seemed to be okay but they haven't figured out conflict with Stripe module.
30 days money back is FRAUD!!!

However they could be more specific as to directed to solve problems rather assuming they think people know their terminology which can get very frustrating at times. You need to say you don't understand and they will structure their language to accommodate a better understanding of what to do to accomplish the task at hand so you can understand.
