This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They gave me incorrect information , incorrect forms and charged me £825 for the privilege, after telling me a solicitor would charge £1500. This was a lie. A solicitor will charge £385 plus VAT but although this company sent me a form to be witnessed by a solicitor, according to the real Land Registry, a solicitor is not needed neither is a signature. They have refused a refund under their terms and conditions and are now ignoring me. I will be taking this further. Do not use them

DO NOT TALK TO THEM ABOUT PROBATE

DO NOT TALK TO THEM ABOUT PROBATE.
They did do what I asked of them originally HOWEVER when I rang to try to sort out some problems with the forms it took weeks to get them sorted. I did get a refund of £80 but they still have £420 of my money. I asked for an email address to complain to but it just bounced back. I am now going to forward everything I have to the Financial Ombudsman to see if they can help. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE GRIEVING. DO NOT USE.
Go to GOV.UK THEY WILL HELP YOU
