Bought my house from shared ownership in late 2022, been told will be November 2023 before I even get the title deeds.
As per many other customers on here paid the money and received nothing! Company is a scam and wish I had done some better research initially
I like many beleived this to be the official land registry site I received an unofficial plan of the area with an outline round what was supposed to be the property in question it was nothing like the house which has an adjoined double garage next to my garage which was not even showing just a blank area. I was intending to see where the boundary lines were and if I had shared access to the side of garage via a laneway the laneway wasnt even showing. I dont know where they get these plans from as not at all an official title deeds plans no boundary markings nothing. I am currently trying to reclaim my payment from Paypal it being advertised at £14.95 but was charged £17.94. Just an update I have thankfully
been refunded today by paypal 13th October
Wish I could give zero! Total scammers! Never heard a word back from them, no confirmation and definitely no deeds. Luckily I paid through PayPal so got my money returned. Use at your peril.
Paid their fee to find out who owned a strip of land- no response nor to emails. Fortunately had fee refunded when opened case issue with PayPal
This company are scam merchants, they clearly outline the finer detail customers should expect from their purchase, in my instance i needed to know who owns and is responsible for the upkeep of boundaries, the detail of which is held within the title deeds and is clearly highlighted in the suppliers advertising.
The actual product delivered being a simple copy, not to scale of our land plot with no other detail whatsoever.
ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS DO NOT USE
The actual title
Requested Deed referred to in the Title Register, which I already had. They resent the Title Register and have not replied to my emails requesting the Deed.
As other reviews, made the mistake of using these people. Around £3.00 from the official site.
Very expensive don't use.
Don't go anywhere near these rip off merchants!!!!!. You can get your title deeds from the "Official" government website for just £3.50.
Ordered a title plan and cancelled immediately as i realised it wasnt the official site.
Cancellation ignored, general contact email bounces back. No response in over a week.
Official Land Registry website works much better and way cheaper, so dont waste your money on this outfit
