Minus 1star because it’s a SCAM and when I appealed to PayPal for a refund they told me it wasn’t under their PayPal protection scheme and I lost £39.90, so no refund.
Well done Paypal for allowing this company to get away with scamming people.
This organisation needs to be scrapped because they are complete fraud. I applied for land register and they never respond with any document for 3 weeks. realised the cost of what they charged £19.95 for was £3 from gov.uk. I will ensure they are reported and the site is brought down, trust me.
Pure scam, they stole my money and never sent any docs through.
Again scammer , is is cost £3 ,from original government website, but they take 20
I agree with the reports below. having paid for the documents they did not arrive and I was forced to pay again elsewhere for the documents.
I complained and asked for a refund. The next morning they sent the document through and then said no refund was due because they had delivered the documents.
Please everyone use the genuine Land Registry not this v expensive scam.
This company is a scam I requested title deeds plan of a neighbours property to find out if a path between our garages was shared access I recievd a document outlining the forecourt in front of my next door neighbours garage which is behind mine, not of the property I requested, the drawing of their building and many others in the area are not as they are, properties are missing no boundary markings .Please do not use this company and waste £19.95 for a fake document.I would also like to reply to Adrian Jones review I was also informed on their chat which I contacted as assumed initially they were the official land registry website and enquired if I could cancel my order due to this which I was advised if I had not received the title plan I could cancel by email but wanted to inform me unlike land registry their documents can be used in evidence in court I asked why, I was informed because land registry dont send the documents to you by email in pdf and you would need the deeds sent in the post. However I did still request a cancellation immediately by email within one minute I received the fake title deeds and noone will answer my emails from this scam company. An update today from my credit card company whom I complained to and requested a charge back they refused a charge back by as a gesture of Goodwill have refunded the £19.95 I paid to this scam company which is good for me but I am still angry the company have got away with receiving this amount for nothing but a fake document they send to genuine people. Please do not use this company
you will be very sorry if you do.
This company, also using the names LandSearchUK and Land & Residential London GB, is a scam. It masquerades as HM Land Registry and provides information at over 6 times the cost that the same information can be obtained from HM Land Registry.
The office address on their website turns out to be a collection of meeting rooms for hire. They have no right to use it as their address.
They boast that the documents that they provide are official, and can be used in court, and that the same documents obtained from HM Land Registry are not official unless accompanied by validating letter. In reality the documents they provide are not official.
If anyone else has used this company please respond to this review. I am in the process of taking them to court and would be happy to use your experience as further evidence.
