They don't appear to care much for their customers. Went over there yesterday morning to buy two pallets of sod. Everything started off fine as they were very courteous and I was in and out quickly and without hassle. Bought both pallets, but could only carry one pallet at a time as they are fairly large and weigh a lot. They mentioned they would hold the second one there until I got back. Brought the one pallet home, laid down the sod, then went back to get the second pallet ~2-3 hours later. Apparently they SOLD THE PALLET THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR TO SOMEONE ELSE and no longer had any available. They said they would get another shipment in about two hours. Left and came back to pickup the second shipment and it still had not arrived. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes, then finally got the second pallet. The second pallet was very dry and brittle compared to the first as if it had been sitting out all day in the sun which made it much more difficult to lay down without the base falling apart.
I would not recommend them for purchasing sod, unless you can carry out all the sod with you in a single trip. Perhaps for other purchases they may do fine.
