We had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. The car we purchased turned out to have significant historic and dangerous damage that had been poorly repaired, which was not properly disclosed at the point of sale.
After raising the issues, the dealer initially claimed that repairs would resolve the problems, but unfortunately the fixes did not address the underlying faults. What followed was a long and stressful process, where we had to repeatedly chase for a resolution and ultimately threaten legal action just to be taken seriously.
While we did eventually receive a partial refund, it fell short of covering the full extent of the issue and the inconvenience caused.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and we would strongly advise others against purchasing from this dealer.

Can not fault Carl he is a top bloke nothing is an issue, felt comfortable buying a car from him, trustworthy and reassured me any problem he would sort it and he has! car was exactly as stated in description 2 keys almost full service history definitely worth the hour and a half travel! Many thanks again!!

Communication was great from the start, very fair price and we have come away with a great car. Thanks to Carl and team.
