This bank is absolutely terrible. I applied for a mortgage transfer and waited five months, only to have my application rejected due to "unstable income"—which is ridiculous, considering I’ve had a stable income for many years. If they had informed me earlier, I could have explored other options instead of wasting so much time. This entire process has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’ll never deal with them again.
