I would strongly advise against…

I would strongly advise against engaging with this firm (Landwoodgroup), particularly in such a competitive market. A straightforward post-sale IT-related inquiry was met with an unhelpful and discourteous response from James (he fairly recently appointed in the company), whose demeanor seemed more inclined to drive customers away rather than foster lasting relationships, especially those who dispose of or build up property portfolios. Such an approach is hardly conducive to success in an industry that thrives on client trust and satisfaction.
