Easy ordering and promot delivery

The service was good, with quick and helpful responses to my queries. The prices were also very reasonable for the vitamins I purchased, including the Viridian Ashwagandha.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the delivery service. I ordered on Sunday, the order was processed on Monday, but it didn’t arrive until Thursday via Royal Mail. I felt the delivery took a little too long.

Overall, I was happy with the product, price and customer service, but the delivery could be improved.

Again I have had issued with the quality of the post and packaging. Items appear to be sent in only padded envelopes, which in this case had caused the cosmetic box to be crumpled and appeared to have been opened. The top of the product (Laroche Posay Hyalu B Cream) was loose, which I complained about and sent photos but received only the excuse they have no control of the parcel when in the postal system. As I was concerned the item had been opened, I have now thrown away the product. Unlikely I will use Landy's again.

I have used Landys a number of times and have enjoyed a solid shopping experience, once I've paid I forget about the order as I know it will arrive within a day or two, nicely packaged.
