I would highly recommend Langleys House Clearance. Who did a great job clearing out a garage for me and will be contacting them again when we are ready to clear out the next job.

Great service, efficient and only took 3 hours for the house clearance. I particularly like the fact that they try to recycle what is taken away or give it to charities.

This type of service has always worried me slightly as to who is going to turn up to empty house contents. I should have had no concerns about Ross and Ross! Helpful, efficient and completed the job swiftly and leaving everything else neat and tidy. They could be a bit clearer about their charges but that doesn’t distract from the job completed.

What has been such a difficult time losing my grandma, these guys helped us massively with doing the clearance I couldn't bring myself to do, they are so respectful and very reasonable quote too thankyou so much for all your help.

I had a tight deadline and briefed them at short notice. They managed to find a window within a few days, turned up to review the job, and gave a very competitive quote - which I accepted.
Clearing the house was very well organised and the team were helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble - they even retrieved something later in the day that I shouldn't have sent for clearance. Also anything they give anything that can be used by charities e.g. canned food, clothes, rather than simply dispose of it. A very good firm.
