Unfortunately this company is a scam. Don’t waste your money or time

The exact same experience as all the other 1* reviews; no product, no response, no refund. An absolute scam. HUH the same, wish I'd realised they were linked. Avoid.

I have always had a positive experience with Langsam and the quality and service has been fantastic. The recent newspaper article from Kent online has pulled all of these negative bad reviews out of the woodwork for a different company and now trying to bring this one down. Fair play to jack who welcomed a journalist into his business and spoke with them very openly, a lot of people wouldn’t have done that.

Both this company and HUH Store are owned by the same person and are a scam. You will be charged and won't receive any goods, refunds or responses to any communications.

Bought an item from this website, request a return and have been ignored via email. No response at all.

I have bought items from the man who runs this company and another similar company (HUH), 3 months ago and nothing has ever been delivered and no refunds have been processed. A complete scam. Stay well away. Trading standards have been informed by numerous other customers and I can't think either of these companies will exist before too long. Do not give this company your money.

I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund for 2 x t-shirts. There is proof that these were delivered back to the address supplied, and now my emails are getting ignored.

The same thing happened last year when I bought an item from another company that Jack owns (HUH store). I waited months for a refund, after sending numerous email with no reply, I eventually took to social media only to be blocked from the page.

It is absolutely criminal to keep a customers money once there is proof that items have been returned. Stay clear!!

Really good quality t-shirts with great cut, fit and length. Delighted with them. The only thing I would point out is that the heavy block tees run large (as they're designed to do)... but worth considering sizing down nonetheless.

I returned mine for an exchange no problem through a returns label on the website with prompt communication from Jack the whole time.

Great experience all round.

T-shirt arrived in very good time, 2-3 working days after order. Very good quality material and even happier with the design in person! Swift response from the customer service team and very polite when I asked for an order update, will definitely be ordering from Langsam again👍🏼

Only adding to what's been said previously I see but ordered 2 t-shirts, both showing as in stock but was only sent one. Emailed and they said the other was out of stock and would be sent the following week. I was going away by then so asked for a refund and was told this would be done. Pretty much 2 weeks later despite a couple of chases no refund and no replies, had to raise a dispute via my bank. T-shirt received was nice colour but I would not describe it as 'heavy weight' as I'm pretty sure it was described and feels like it is losing shape, particularly around the neck after only a few wears and couple of washes. Would avoid for both reasons.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE...IT IS A SCAM.

I found out about this 'brand' after receiving a lot of targeted ads on Instagram and purchased quite a few items from them directly to try on. Nothing was ever shipped, 'customer service' stopped responding to messages and in the end I had to do a chargeback with my bank several weeks later to get the money back. They're also supposedly 'stocked' on Huh Store, and their Trustpilot reveals many customers with similar stories. I think they might have started producing the odd standard-looking tee, but I don't believe they ever had / have stock of the vast majority of items shown on the website. Do yourself a favour and don't order from them.

Placed my order for a jumper over two months ago and still waiting. Only after payment and having the order confirmed was I made aware that the jumper was out of stock - this wasn't communicated on their website at the point of purchase. I've contacted their customer service team on multiple occasions with zero response. Concerned that I'll never get my money back at this rate. Very poor customer service overall, which is a shame becuase their products look really nice online.

Willingly took a £120 order knowing they did not have the stock. Chased multiple times for an update and received nothing back. Requested a refund and received nothing back. Had to use paypal resolution to get a response and refund, which is inconvenient and frustrating. What a waste of time.

EDIT & UPDATE: they randomly replied to this review nearly 18 months after it was published. Tells you all you need to know about their communications.

I have ordered a t-shirt, which has not arrived. Not had any notification of delivery and I have emailed them several times. I am absolutely frustrated and cross by this NON RESPONSE. What customer service do you call this if you can't get a response from them, I feel robbed!!!!
