Do no buy, they will not provide warranties
Review of Laniakea Energy and Foshan Stardust Lighting Co., Ltd.
I ordered a carport with solar panels from Laniakea Energy, in collaboration with Foshan Stardust Lighting Co., Ltd., in March 2024. I was promised fast delivery and therefore placed the order with the expectation that it would arrive by August. Unfortunately, the carport did not arrive until the end of October. Due to snow conditions in Norway, it was also difficult to install the carport properly, and I could not fully connect the solar system.
To make matters worse, three of the solar panels were damaged during transportation. Laniakea Energy initially reassured me that this issue would be taken care of by contacting Steven, their representative. However, now that the weather conditions allow installation, I have since February 2025 repeatedly tried to get replacement panels, but the situation has changed drastically. They are now refusing to send me the replacement panels, have made themselves unavailable, and are not responding to emails or WhatsApp messages.
I have fully paid for the product as they pressured me to do, but they are now refusing to uphold their obligations. As a result, I am left with a carport that cannot be used for solar power as intended.
I strongly advise others to stay away from both Laniakea Energy and Foshan Stardust Lighting Co., Ltd. They do not honor their commitments, warranties, or handle complaints in a professional manner. Do not buy from them.
