They are not giving you a service. They are dropping your ad day by day to get some money to increase visibility. If you have more more money get their service. They are not helping you to achieve the intension of your ad. They want money using your ad.

One of the worst companies I have ever seen. I paid Rs 75000. Not a single call. They said it is until property is sold out. But when I checked it my add is not showing. Service is not supportive at all.

They will treat like number and not like client, the management impolitely will treat you like they never know you , They care only about money: in my case after 2 years of payments and fidelity they increased the price more than double price !
Don't trust Lanka Property Web as they sent me a quote for two ads Rs.20,000/= for 3 months and when I looked at the web page I found one ad in page 14 and the other in page 33. When I questioned they simply said that they quoted me saying "Advert will be within After 3 pages". Instead of saying within 3 pages, they added after 3 pages to confuse me. I will not recommend Lanka Property Web at all.
Waste of time .feel ripped off . Paid Rs 17000 does not deliver as promised. Please don't use this website to place your advert . If you want to sell your property use ikman the leading company in Sri Lanka and aslo much cheaper than Lanka property. Full package cost approximately Rs 10000
The website is the worst I've ever come across. It deceives clients by advertising false packages, all aimed at just collecting money. If you're thinking of placing ads on this site, think again – it's a complete waste of money. Beware of the individuals who call from this site, urging you to upgrade your package; they're nothing but liars and money collectors. The whole experience is frustrating and disappointing. There is a serious need for improvement in their practices.
I highly recommend this site for all rentals and sales. I had good response from the day I adverse and the very first person who visit to inspet the house rent it and already settled in.
