I rarely ever write negative reviews...I usually move on from bad experiences, but this situation impacted my business enough that I felt I needed to share it. I provided Lansil Global with complete specifications, including materials, dimensions, and all required details. Despite that, the process got off to a slow start, taking about three weeks to begin production (longer than my other vendors, but I accepted it because they emphasized their focus on quality).
Unfortunately, the product had to be remanufactured three separate times, and the measurements were still incorrect. After raising my concerns, I spoke with the manager, Alan, which only made things worse. The conversation felt one-sided; he spoke at length about the company and his work and he got all succesful, but did not address my concerns or give me a chance to fully explain the issues. I did not feel listened to or supported. Felt like I was talking to someone very narcissistic.
I’ve since switched to another provider and have had a much better experience, fast turnaround times and accurate production with no issues. I’m grateful the problems with Lansil Global surfaced early so I could move on before committing to a long-term partnership.
Advice: Strengthen management communication skills and ensure products are handled by knowledgeable, detail-oriented staff.

I have been working with Lansil Global for around 8-9 months now, and the entire experience has been amazing throughout. I moved to them following multiple issues with one of their competitors, Robert was very helpful from the beginning and both Chloe and Ivy are very helpful in assisting me with any queries my team or I have, all orders are shipped promptly - all of the staff I have interacted with and had the pleasure of meeting in person when visiting China speak perfect English, are kind and always happy to help. I couldn't recommend Lansil Global enough; their service is incredible.

Great experience with Lansil. We've used both USA and China warehouses and very good support and very transparent. Only issue is there's no dedicated software to sync with Shopify inventory.

Most ridiculous 3pl I have ever dealt with. I can forgive 1-2 mistakes but anything over that just proves how incompetent they are as a logistics partner which you wanna rely on. Who knows they might put the package in the wrong truck a few more times. Anyhow, I came here cause I somewhat needed the service and I was looking for a 3pl partner for my business because we wanted to scale, but the level of ridiculousness with which I was faced is just beyond. The people that work here proves my point how ridiculous this company is, it's full of incompetence.
