great fit and color selection
great fit and color selection. and I do like the lightness of the fabric. the padding, however, is a bit bulky and can look like camel toe even though it is the pad and not my anatomy--feels good, just looks less good I guess

Good gear and good service
The quality of the gear is very good, with well-sewn seams and high-quality materials. I have gloves, jerseys and socks from Lapassione and all seem to be of the same standard.
Sizing is maybe a little small, so bear that in mind. Especially with gloves, but this could be my own fault, too.
One thing that stood out to me was the customer support experience. I had an issue with my order where the delivery was marked as "delivered" but nowhere to be seen. I had a reply to my email in under an hour and an email exchange during the afternoon. It's not something I'm used to these days!
In the end, the delivery was located and I received my items. Would recommend Lapassione and will buy from them again.

Sizing chart misleading, exchanges impossible, customer service not good
Gloves look nice, but sizing chart is misleading. It doesn't take into account finger sizing, so the proper palm size for me (S) was too tight and constrictive on my fingers. Size exchanges through the company are not possible - you must *return the item* and then order a new one separately (pretty inconvenient and unexpected in today's world). Company's customer service was abysmal, citing a no return (because of their antiquated system, that meant *no exchange*) policy on sale items, a mention that must have been hidden in the fine print that literally <2% of site users read because it was nowhere to be found as an extra call-out or warning on the product's page. Note also that after thoroughly reviewing their return policy -- again, you will need to return an item if you want to exchange it -- you have to pay money. All in all a terrible experience that left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Disappointing experience
I recently bought a pair of bib shorts from La Passione and within a couple of rides the stitching had begun unravelling. Given the high price point, I was pretty disappointed in the quality, stitching shouldn't come undone with very minimal wear, and hasn't on my other (less pricey) shorts.
With the product being faulty, I got in contact with the customer service team. I was told that despite the product being faulty I was only entitled to either a voucher for 30% of the value of the shorts, or to get the bib shorts repaired by them. With the high price point and the fact that I am looking for bib shorts that'll stand to a lot of wear, I have completely lost confidence in this product. The way in which the customer service team has dealt with the faulty product, whilst being understanding and quick to reply, has not changed, constantly referring back to their policy, in that despite the product being faulty because I had worn them they could not be returned.
Really would have expected a whole lot more from this premium brand. I am left pretty disappointed with a pair of bib shorts which are faulty.

Winter bib short issue
I but a pair of winter bib shorts less than 12 months ago and the Lycra on the right leg has started to deteriorate. I’ve emailed twice and had no response, really disappointing. I won’t be buying again.

Amazing delivery
Amazing delivery. Took only 2 days from Italy to Spain, no problem at all. The clothes is great, best possible quality! .. and the packaging, wow!
PSN Bibs falling apart
I've bought La Passione gear since 2015. Original purchases lasted years with little sign of wear or tear. Whilst jerseys seem to last forever, my last purchase of PSN long and short bibs will be my last. After a year and a maximum of 20 uses the stitching on the outer by the pad has completely unraveled on two pairs. The fit is brilliant but the quality seems to have changed a lot.

Good quality products with clean design
Have bought from LaPassione: gloves, arm warmers, neck warmers, a towel, socks and a long sleeve jersey and all products are of good quality. Quite a steal the price when buying discounted. Once on a return there was a mistake in the refund and after 1 email everything was sorted by the customer service. Overall pleased with their products and will buy again. Still though waiting for a wider range for women.

Quality not bad but one item was too small. FIrst time purchaser and was charged $17 for the privilege of returning the item. Rip off. Will never use this company again.

The quality of their gear is great…
The quality of their gear is great BUT....it's next to impossible to return anything. They use a shipping company called DHL, which only ships from the airport. So basically you need to go to the cargo area of the airport to make a return. Instead of UPS or FEDEX you have to take a morning off and deal with that. Not worth the trouble. I ended up selling the gear to a friend.

NO exchange for a Christmas gift
I purchased a Christmas present for my adult son on 26 November the package was delivered 2 December. Christmas Day is 25 December. So clearly the package was not going to viewed or tried on until then, at the earliest. The gift was actually not delivered to my son on Christmas Day because of lockdown and Covid need to quarantine. When my son received the gift and then tried to exchange it, La Passione refused the exchange because they said it was out of time. The La Passione policy, which does not alter even over the Christmas period, unbeknownst to me is a rigid inflexible 30 days from delivery. This meant that the time for return or exchange was 2 January. La Passione refused to accept an exchange beyond this date. In my view, to require a customer to return a Christmas item by the 2 January it unrealistic and very poor policy indeed. La Passione will not speak to the customer over the telephone. They will not give access to anyone senior in the business. They are not prepared to engage in a proper conversation. In my view this is extremely poor service, and I will not seek to deal with them again. In these times and over this period, it a very surprising decision by this business.

It is incredible to see that they still exist.
Frankly speaking, fabric from them is pretty good.
But do not expect any form of customer service if there is an issue.
If there is a problem for whatever reason, it will be your fault.
And your honest review on their website will not be posted.
Oh! and all the reviews for their past products are not searchable either.
Company like this in a developed country would have gone bankrupt in the first year. They should learn about what customer service is about from companies like bike24.com
Just read the negative comments here and check the answers from lapassione, you can see their attitude. Many reviewers are commenting about their censorship of reviews on their website, but lapassione ignores that completely. It is worse than alibaba.com which at least do not delete nor censor honest reviews.
In my case, I had bibtights fabric frayed after first few rides ride. Saddle has very smooth surface. I sent them picture and also pictures of saddle and also pictures of all other bibshorts and tights which showed no issue. But lapassione refused to do anything blaming my saddle or my method of washing.
Anyway, if you see this much negative reviews, you know that there is something wrong with the company.
And as you can see from their reply right here,
They offer no solution, just excuses with generic comment!!
AVOID!!
They also quietly took down a jacket which had hideous pocket placement so nobody could see the review and negative reviews.
And once again, not a single mention of censoring the reviews on their website.
Just plain liars and dishonest company.

All the stuff looks great
All the stuff looks great, however, it doesn’t look like they want to trade with anyone in the UK. Shooting themselves in the foot by mentioning Brexit, people will simply walk away and go to UK friendly sites there are plenty of them to choose from. If you want to trade with the UK lobby the EU to make it easier for you, don’t blame Brexit. Bye-bye.

Shocking customer service
Great product but shocking customer service.
I received a gilet for Christmas which was sadly slightly too big for me. When I contacted la passione to ask to change sizes they informed me that because the product had be purchased more than 30 days prior I was unable make an exchange. Whilst the person who gave the gift knew about the frankly ridiculous requirement of 'no returns after 30 days' they were unable to pass on the gift due to tier 4/lockdown restrictions (they kindly posted the item to me instead).

Bad product, support reacted after trust pilot review
Hello,
Few points that were mentioned by other reviews:
- their deep winter gloves are really bad, I got them for Christmas and they make your hands cold instead of warm! Even at +3 degrees
- their customer service non existent, nobody ever emailed me back when I asked for a refund
- their reviews are censored, my review never got posted
Do not make the same mistake as I did. Do not buy from them!

- I sent 2 messages via the website and never heard back until I wrote on trust pilot
- my request for returns has not been answered
2 weeks after the above review they paid a refund including the transport costs.

Scammers and very rude!
If I could review with 0 stars I would. I was never informed on checkout that I would be charged an import tax due to Brexit and have now been given a bill for an additional £54.00. They have been very rude and useless dealing with the matter. I have not even received the order and am now seeking a refund via mastercard. Please do not buy from these rude scammers.
