Purchased a 2021 Macbook Pro from their ebay storefront. Got a great deal on it at about £550, the laptop was in very good condition.
I had an issue with a dead pixel in the middle of the screen, which might not even have been there when i got the laptop, I just noticed it one day. Within a few hours of notifying laptfront I was given the option of a return for full refund or a partial refund of £40 + keeping the laptop. I chose to keep it.
One suggestion I would have is to track battery health with coconutbattery, as this laptop was sold with 95% battery health, but that is just from the apple settings however and the true battery health of the laptop is actually around 88%.
The shipping was quick and free, using royal mail next day tracked special delivery before 1pm, which was a nice touch. The laptop came with the original apple box and genuine charger cable+brick, also had the manuals. It came with a one month warranty which is nice.
Bar the two small nitpicks I had, the laptop has been stellar, and they dont really matter much given the fact it only cost me £550 (£510 after partial refund), which is a brilliant price.
I would definitely reccomend lapfront for anyone wanting a stress free used laptop experience at a good price.
