As close to fraud there is

As close to fraud there is. The withdrawal process is somewhat impossible. They will ask for new documents all the time and the process takes as long as possible. Took me 5 weeks to get my first withdrawal and after that it took an other 2 documents and 2 weeks before I got my second withdrawal. After that they told me I had to renew all the previous documents…. The customer support is very rude and act stupid so you don’t want any help.

Worst casino I ever tried.

Complete scam ,Stay away

As many other people have stated here, the verification process is a complete scam.
I have registred in dozens of sites along the years and they always accepted my Billing adress Proof as its an official government document.
At lapilanders i already submited 3 different proofs of adress and they always decline it,giving nonsense excuses.
Just stay away from this shady company,i have a lot of experience in different betting websites and this never happened to me before.

Play somewhere else

Absolute rubbish place. Everything is slow, chat is rude and you will probably never be able to cash out. Had over 1400 euro waiting to withdraw, they kept rejecting my docs for verification even though they were accepted at every other casino. Wagered thousands, deposited hundreds and not 1 single bonus, not 1 single reward. Beware of this place

Warning - Very likely a complete scam

Warning - Complete scam operator. Stay away.

Lapilanders is operated by a company called Campeon Gaming, and lead by an individual named Marinos Shiapani. They operate the following brands:

sonsofslots
sons-of-slots
sven-play
wallacebet
lapilanders

All of which employ predatory practices of the worst kind. Please see below for some examples:

1. Your maximum allowed winnings on your first deposit is limited to 15x your deposit amount. If you were to deposit €10 and somehow make a big score, they would deduct all winnings exceeding €150

2. Maximum winnings the casinos will be held liable for per 24h period = €5000. If you were to win above this amount, they will deduct the excess from your account leaving your deposit amount + €5000 however see point 3.

3. When attempting to make a withdrawal, they will first subject you to a 72-hour processing time, they will then reject your withdrawal request and ask you to go through their standard KYC process. This requires photo ID, utility bill and a bank statement. Once you have submitted the documents, the process will take an additional 72-hour processing time.

They will then approve your documents, which prompts you to make a new withdrawal request. After an additional 72-hours they will reject your withdrawal request and ask you to submit an image of yourself holding your Identification document. This will then be processed for an additional 72-hour window.

Thus far, this is as far as I have reached in this Kafkaesque process which defies all ethical business practice.

Keep in mind that the casino operator knows full well what they are doing. They are attempting to extend the amount of time and increase the level of frustration in the customer to play back their balance.

As an unfortunate customer of this operator, I can only hope that the Malta Gaming Authority holds it operator to at least pay out winnings to their customers after all these artificial hurdles have been passed. As part of my experience I contacted the Malta Gaming Authorities department for licensee oversight and authorization, who informed me that these terms and conditions were highly suspect and had probably not been reviewed and approved.

I will be contacting every partner, payment provider and known associate of this organization by submitting an account of my experience including screen shots with time stamps.

In short, stay away. Tell your friends to stay away.
