Lying, Cheating, Con Artists - Website should be BANNED

Please avoid at all costs!!!!
The company lies, definitely not based in UK.
Please avoid at all costs!!!!! I ordered a laptop battery and it took 3 1/2 weeks for it to be delivered. When it did arrive it was the WRONG BATTERY!. I contacted them numerous times. Wasted so much time emailing and so forth. I was told, in an email, I should return the battery to the Chinese factory at my cost! Next action - start PayPal dispute! wish me luck. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

NOT original item as stated on website

Ordered: "Original 45W HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1004ne 14-cd1052tx Adapter Charger"

I ordered this because it said Original and the picture of it showed that it was an HP product. It wasn't!
Just another Chinese made adapter.
AVOID AT ALL COST!

Bought what I thought was genuine…

Bought what I thought was a genuine apple charger but when it arrived it was clear it was not. I contacted them and received a swift reply saying they didn't say it was an original product but it clearly states on their site that it is manufactured by Apple. The site looked British and I should have researched it but it looked legit and the price was good (which is how they get you!). To be fair it does work but I just have the usual concerns of fire risk etc, as it will not have passed certain standards. I would avoid this site and it should probably be reported to Trading Standards.

Please avoid at all costs!!!!

Please avoid at all costs!!!!! I ordered a laptop battery and it took 5 1/2 weeks for it to be delivered. I contacted them numerous times and they ignored at first and then provided me with a phony tracking number. I opened a case with paypal. Wasted so much time emailing and so forth.the battery came but wouldn't charge more than 92%. Paid almost £50 for it and the company lies, definitely not based in uk.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs - item sent was not what was ordered, didnt work and was probably a FAKE HP product. They WILL accept returns but at your own cost..to CHINA....returns, therefore, may cost more than the item you thought you had purchased. Wish I had seen these reviews....

Just don't bother

Unfortunately I didn't do my research before buying, took over a month to arrive. Kept saying it had been dispatched. Their website address says it is in Gosport which is why I purchased from them.

Poor support, the battery looks genuine and is detected by my laptop. I'll do more investigation to whether it is genuine or not now!

They sell fake power adapters.

The power adapter they sent was definitely not an original Lenovo adapter that was stated on the sale, and they shouldn't be allowed to sell from a .co.uk website when they are base in China. Fraud!!

I bought from this shop for 2 reasons

I bought from this shop for 2 reasons. It says ".co.uk" and it says "ORIGINAL acer charger"

Because of the long waiting time (14 days), I decided to search for reviews, I wish I did that before I buy.

This is a Chinese shop located in China. And what I got, actually fits my laptop, but is nowhere an original part, it's different from the picture and to be honest, I'm afraid of connecting this to my PC. So I don't even know if this thing work or not, and there is no customer support.

Be very very careful

I did a web search for "Acer Aspire 3 power adaptors", and this company's website, Laptopadaptersdepot.co.uk looked sensible and it guaranteed original parts and specifically said their product was for an 'Acer Aspire 3'.
But when it arrived the connecting lead was completely wrong, and would never in a million years fit my laptop, so I emailed them for advice as to sorting the problem out, and had no reply. I have sent two further emails, as I need a return permission code before their website says they will accept returns. No reply. Their website invites you to ring them, but no reply, merely a recorded message. Although they have a .co.uk web address and everything else looks British, in fact in the small print, the only postal address given is "Shenzhen City,518000
Guangdong Province, China". So I received the wrong product but have no redress and am out of pocket and can ill-afford it.

Don't buy from them. Avoid it!!!

I ordered Samsung adaptor. They sent me cheap quality from China. I made a complain but never responded. Eventually I used PayPal to claim and they asked me to post back to China. I refused as cost of sending a lot to china more than the cost of product.

One star only because I can't give them less!

The first thing you need to know it that this ".co.uk" company are actually in China, so don't expect fast delivery or any kind of customer service if you have a problem.

I ordered a genuine Dell laptop battery, it was well packaged and arrived safely, eventually! However, when fitted, the laptop reported that the battery was "not identifiable" and therefore that it couldn't be charged. The system Bios stated that it's "Not a Dell Battery". Furthermore the system diagnostics state that the battery is reaching the end of it's usable life. Therefore it appears that the brand new genuine Dell battery advertised may be a used clone battery.

Having failed to get a response contacting the company directly, I raised a case through Paypal and was eventually offered a full refund once I uploaded tracking information to prove that I had sent the battery back to China. And I'd have to pay the return costs!

Here's where it gets really frustrating! Have you tried sending a Lithium Battery to China? It's on the prohibited lists of every courier I tried. Some will allow you to ship a battery provided that it's fitted in the laptop (I'm not sending them my laptop!) but most won't ship it all! Even if you could ship it, the cost to return it was virtually what I paid for the battery (one quote was actually twice the value of the battery). Paypal were absolutely no help with this issue and closed the case in favour of the seller, so much for their buyer protection.

So here I am with a battery that's entirely useless and hole in my bank account where my money used to live.

My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.

Scammers

Ordered a laptop power supply, despite the model number being exactly the same as my current one, the connector was the wrong size.

I mailed them to tell them this, and the reply I received was "I can see on the tracking your order has been delivered"

I responded back and have heard nothing now for 2 weeks.

Returns aren't accepted without an RMA number, and of course they aren't responding to my request for one of those

Based in China so I'm pretty sure I'll never see my money again.

STAY AWAY

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Order has been placed on 5th of May, item is still not received. Communication via email started on 7th of May as it was long delay of updating order status. I have first enquire trough their system, was no response. On 8th of May contacted again with enquiry about my order. Answer received on 12th of May received answer with tracking number. However since 9th of May Hermes did not recorded any movement of the parcel as they have not received the item from seller.
I have send another enquiry again on 19th May via email and did not received answer till now. On 26th of May all communication has been moved to PayPal platform and there was no other communication. Seller was unable to provide any document which would prove about handover the item for Hermes, neither deliver the item as of 7 of June and they are not ready to refund, with only one statement that item is send already. As I did research about this case it makes me that this is case of fraud where I have been victim. They have numerous websites and they falling in to the same pattern.
Do not get scammed people and avoid yourself from their websites.
I have opened case with PayPal, but they are delaying to refund me as well.
