Shipping took 10 days instead of the 3 to 7 as advertised. The battery seems OK but I ended up having to twist the connector around opposite of how it comes in order to have the laptop recognize the battery. Hopefully it will last. Haven't tested yet how long it will go not being plugged in.

It showed up on time, and it works good!
This battery works great! I ordered the largest battery that would fit in my laptop. It will last about 5 hours before it needs charging. The price was good and it arrived when promised. I would buy from them in the future!

Satisfied with this battery
Battery was a direct match and I had no problem installing it in my HP Pro Book. Happy with purchase although it took about a week longer than you would expect from when they said it was shipped.

Successful replacement!
The order arrived eight days after being placed, which was reasonable. The replacement battery was the correct part. After installation, the battery charged rapidly and successfully. After the laptop sat unused for 48 hours, the battery is still showing a 99% charge, which indicates to me that the battery is good. I would order from Laptopbatterydirect again with no reservations.

Great product!
The product received was an exact match. It's only been 2 days but so far seems to be working great. The battery life has also been as expected as I have only had to fully charge it once since I received it 2 days ago. Delivery was fast and took approx 10 days with a holiday in between. Battery was reliable and correct for my machine
The product I got was an exact match, and two weeks in has so far worked great! The battery life has been as expected, and it's brought my computer performance back to what it was before my battery started to fail.
My only complaint was the stressful shipping. They use DHL, and the battery took about 10 days to reach me with seldom updates. However, I did get it and the day of updates were accurate using USPS so overall, good experience! I recommend this place, especially because I saved a ton of money and time being able to do the replacement myself.

Avoid at all cost.
Battery didn't even lasted for a week. The battery isn't even a geniune manufactured battery. They actually mask it up with tape to prevent themselves from being sued. I have this odd 0% bug where I can't turn off nor work on my laptop without having it being plug in. I tried every geek tricks on the web but nothing fixed. Also, my device detects random unknown trojan virus's that wasn't even there to begin with. Shipping took way to long, approximately more than 3 weeks it took for me. Not worth the money, learned my lesson.
