For me as a developer a notebook with a broken key has no value.
Together with the support of laptoptaste.de I analysed the key and changed it for about 10€.
It was a great experience.

My Notebook Model was Huawei Matebook 14s.

My sons notebook had 2 broken keys. I got perfect advice and quick responses. The product was also good. Now the notebook is new again!

I had a broken key hinge on a Logitech 780 keyboard. Laptopkey were very helpful in helping me identify the right hinge to replace it. They were quick to answer questions and shipped the hinge quickly. It took a while to arrive due to the Polish postal service but I got tracking updates and it arrived safely and fitted perfectly. Great service and good price. They will be my goto company if I get a similar problem.

I needed a small ESC key for an Asus ZenBook. Despite the clear photos, I was asked for the exact dimensions of the key, which I provided using a calliper. Sure enough, three days later I received a letter containing the key that fitted perfectly. Great service – I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I needed to change one broken left shift key for my PC MSI GF76 but i was not sure about the right reference so i asked a feedback with a photo by email. One told me the right reference that i ordered and paid in advance. Then 18 days later i received a simple letter with the wished key that i have immediately installed. I ordered a replacement key for a lenovo T14. It was a special key (enter key for german layout which is in L-Form). I have compared the connectors with the sample images they have presented on the website. Sadly i have chosen the wrong one, which i just found out after i received the replacement parts. After i communicated my case with them via the email support address they quickly replied within one day and asked for a photo of the empty space for the replacement key. This way they made sure to send out the correct key to me. They just asked for 3,99€ of delivery fees without requiring to pay again for the replacement key. The deliveries were in priority letters and it took only 2-3 days to arrive from poland into german.
So Kudos again for this great support and problem solving skills. I can really recommend their service and would always consider them again for ordering replacement keys for keyboards.
