The website was pretty straight forward and the laptopnuts customer service is great. We got paid with PayPal within few days of laptops delivered.

I had sent a piece out to another company before I sent you my laptop and received no payment at all from that other company and when I tried to email them the address was invalid, so I thought I had been scammed. I tried a different company email address they provided but there was no response until I got a generic email about two days ago addressed to everyone, "affected by a technical issue." I was please that your company was so professional, stayed in touch and relieved my worries every step of the way. Thank you again for making a busy day easier, and be well.

I found laptopnuts on a google ad. Their website looked decent and had an automated system to estimate an offer on my used laptop. I mailed it in with the provided prepaid fedex label. Their website boasts a payment via PayPal within 24 hours of delivery. That didn’t happen. I emailed them after 48 hours of delivery asking for my payment status. The owner Anton personally replied to my inquiry within a few hours citing an influx of laptops being processed. He said he will have a full evaluation to me by the next morning AM. Well he got back to me the next day slightly past AM, with a offer of $55. This was about 25 percent of the original quote on the website. I feel I could have possibly got more money selling locally but the price was fair considering the convenience. I honestly thought this company was a scam at first because of the layout of the website, and the various typos and broken English on the website but I was wrong, Laptop Nuts is a great quick easy way to turn your old laptop into cash quick.
