Wonderful collection of Italien tiles. On top of the usual tile selection there’s also a selection of single tiles where you can pick and choose and built your own tile panel. Very helpful and friendly reception by the shop owner.

Hej Patricia och tack så mycket för din recension och hoppas välkomna dig tillbaka snart!
I've visited several times, and it has become my go-to place for birthdays, weddings, and other special events. Every visit feels like a new experience because there's always something unique to discover.
What truly sets this store apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They've even suggested creative ideas I would never have thought of myself, like using decorative tiles as coasters, which turned out to be a fantastic purchase.
If you're looking for thoughtful gifts, unique products, and outstanding service, I highly recommend this store.
The only thing I regret is not noting the clerk's name so I could give her the credit she deserves in this review. I'll have to remember that the next time I'm shopping for a gift! 😊

Hi Victor and thank you so much for your review! We feel of course glad and proud about your experience and we are happy ro welcome you in the future :-)
I have bought several pieces of gorgeous kitchenware from La Riggiola, for myself and friends. Everyone loves it and asks where it’s from. I use my espresso cups and serving bowl regularly, and they are lasting well and bring sunshine into my life.
When I’m in the position to need larger items and tiles, I will absolutely reach out to Luisa at La Riggiola. She is a gem who brightens the community with her energy and sunny products from Italy.

Thank you Ariel!
Ordered a table for the balcony April 23. 4 weeks Delivery. Today it’s 6 July and she can accept deliver this Thursday 9 July, where the tiles are damaged but for full price. I wouldn’t of course recommend this small shop to anybody. The products are just not up to standard.

We are sorry to see this review, which does not reflect the facts of the situation. At La Riggiola, we have 21 years of experience providing high-quality, handmade Italian products, and we stand by the quality of our work.
To provide clarity:
Delivery Timeline: Our written order confirmation specified a delivery time of approximately 25 working days. The custom table was ready and available in our shop on June 23rd.
Product Quality: The table is a bespoke, hand-forged piece in perfect condition. The mentioned tiles are artisanal products where minor variations in glaze are natural characteristics of hand-painting, not defects.
Customer Service: Despite the product being fully compliant, we offered to replace tiles or provide a significant discount on them to accommodate the customer's personal preferences. These offers were unfortunately declined.
We take all feedback seriously, but we must ensure that the information presented is accurate. This matter is now being handled through the appropriate formal channels to reach a final resolution."
