On the latest occasion, the lady was not thorough. Usually my underarms and bikini get done well by Paulina (I left good reviews for her), unfortunately the person who seen me last week did two clicks under each arm, a couple more on the bikini, and that was the job done. Normally, it takes a lot more! I challenged it but she was very unhelpful.

Exceptionally friendly staff who always greet me warmly as a repeat customer. Never behind in appointments and always treated with the upmost care. Could not recommend more

Had an amazing experience doing my face and neck for a couple of months now, especially with Therapist Nat. She is very professional and her dexterity is outstanding. Our sessions take 5 mins at most, with the upmost care and attention to detail. I definitely recommend her to whoever wishes to laser their beard/neck.

Such a professional welcoming team. Answered all my questions so clearly and knowledgeably, and the experience was far easier, quicker and more positive than I could have imagined. Thankyou!

I had laser hair removal with therapist Vaiva. She took time to try and understand my problem areas, explained everything so well and always ensured that I was comfortable during the process. She is not just doing a job, she is offering care.

I attend the Bristol clinic and Vaiva looks after me. She is very professional and explains everything really well which helps understanding timeframes to get results. Well priced too!

Loved my microneedling with Nat, she is so knowledgeable about skin.
She took that extra mile for me and for my needs to help me achieve the results I wanted to see. Highly recommend the clinic and the treatments they offer.

On the 23th of September I had an appointment with Nat for hair laser removal. She was so polite and kind,asked me if I have any discomfort,she will stop.

I've had a few appointments with Viava. She's very knowledgeable & friendly.

I had my laser appointment today with Vaiva (for the first time) and she was just amazing.
Her knowledge and the advice she shared was specific, detailed and really informative - she really knows her stuff and made her feel so credible.
She made sure the treatment was really thorough and tailored to me.
That aside she was just so lovely, making me feel really at ease, while being super professional and just gave me such a positive overall client experience. She’s just great!

Couldn’t recommend it enough!! So pleased with my results! I use to dread summer with the small tops and straps because of my dark hair! But I am so pleased with my results with only I’d say 10% of hair now under my arms, leaving me with clear light skin and never had an upset or reaction to the laser!
Nat is fabulous she made me feel at ease for something I am really insecure about. I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve now had my second visit to Laser clinic UK Bristol & both times the staff have been so friendly, welcoming & professional. The treatment itself (hair removal) was painless & so quick. I was easily able to have my appointment during a lunch break. The treatment has been so affective I’m thrilled with the results. As soon as this block of treatments are finished, I’ll certainly be planning my next visit. Highly recommend.

Alicija done my laser hair treatment today for the first time she was very friendly and polite and really good at her job. She done everything to the high standards and fast too as she has over 3 years experience working in this clinic. Very happy with my treatment today also the manager Amanda deals with enquiries/complaints very efficiently. Overall 5* experience

This was the final one,I am at more than 20 sessions on hair removal (I'm dark hair + pale white skin). After the clinic closed and reopened the quality went down terribly.

I kept booking as recently I was with the manager, very nice and helpful girl, that changed the settings of the laser to be a bit more powerful given my skin type is quite clear.

But today I was with another person (I think the name is Nat): I've been treated horrifically, like I wasn't even a customer there for so long, the settings of the machine were wrong/changed to be almost non effective, and I tried to discuss with her about it, to be treated arrogantly as I deserved answer like "I'm 10 years in the sector, I know what I see".

Really horrible experience, I don't recommend going for laser there anymore, it's a shame that things changed so much.

I started treatment with laser clinics last year - they never made me feel welcome or comfortable. They also went through a period of management change over, which meant the clinic shut for several weeks leaving me without treatment for months as they didn’t have the capacity to fit their clients back in once reopened, always with the excuse of being ‘short staffed’. They also never answered their phone lines or responded to voicemails which meant I had to travel 50 minutes just to try and book an appointment in the first place. My last appointment took place 5 weeks ago, where a member of staff made me feel so uncomfortable that it gave me anxiety about returning that I have now not attended my appointment today. She told me it’s my fault that the treatment is inconsistent and that I should ‘take accountability’ despite the fact that they were shut and I had interrupted treatment for several months. She said all of this to me whilst I was naked having my treatment, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and like I could cry. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received throughout the entire process and would not recommend to anyone.
