I booked a microdermabrasion facial which I was really looking forward to. My mum is a qualified facialist and has performed this treatment on me many times before with great results, so I’m very familiar with what to expect.

During the consultation, the therapist at Laser Clinics questioned why I had booked microdermabrasion at all, stating that she wouldn’t recommend it as the machines are “bad” and ineffective. I found this approach quite unprofessional and surprising, especially as I had already booked and paid for the treatment. Instead, she tried to persuade me to upgrade to a hydrafacial, which is significantly more expensive.

The treatment itself was very disappointing. Out of the 30-minute appointment, the microdermabrasion was only performed for around 5 minutes and was done in a very rough manner, with noticeable pulling on my skin. Having experienced this treatment many times before, I can confidently say this was far from the standard I expected. It also wasn’t applied evenly across my entire face.

After this, I was placed under a light for approximately 15 minutes. Once the light turned off, I was left unattended in the room for an additional 5 minutes before I eventually had to go to reception to find out what was happening, as the therapist appeared to have forgotten about me.

Overall, the experience was extremely poor and unpleasant. Given the lack of professionalism and the quality of the treatment, I would not return to Laser Clinics or recommend their services to others.

I’ve had 4 sessions so far at Laser Clinics Fulham and it’s been really good. The staff are really nice and kind, which makes the whole experience feel easy and relaxed when you go in.

Li and Thelma have been amazing every time. They’re really thorough and don’t miss a single spot, and they always make you feel comfortable during the treatment.

Overall it’s been a great experience so far and I’d definitely recommend them.

Poor and unprofessional experience. I went into the clinic to book a specific therapist (Gul) who had been recommended to me. The reception staff initially acted as if she didn’t exist, then after some back and forth confirmed she did and said they’d call me to confirm the booking—which they did later that evening.
I arrived today at the agreed time, only to be told Gul doesn’t even work on Fridays. When I challenged this, the response from reception (possibly the manager) was dismissive—saying the person who booked it was “just helping out” and suggesting I use another therapist instead.
This is basic incompetence. If they can’t correctly manage and honour a simple appointment booking, it’s hard to have any confidence in the service they provide. I would not recommend

Very welcoming, clean and professional !

I've been to this salon a few times and it's generally disorganised. On this occasion I tried a new treatment they had on offer, but rather than listening to my requirements, they proceeded with treatment I didn't request and a result I was not happy with. I have complained and they said they would refund me, six calls later, I haven't recieved the payment which adds insult to injury. I won't be returning.. Its almost a month later and 8 phone calls and they still haven't refunded me as they promised. They are asking me to take down this review before they will pay me.

Awful experience. The lack of the owner’s professionalism is shocking .
I bought a Lazer hair removal package and she promised I will be seeing a maximum of 2 therapists as I told her I was self conscious about undressing in front of strangers. Since I got it I must’ve seen at least 6 different people although I book in advance and they confirm to me over and over it would be the same person then once there I am told each time well it’s someone different.

I had a very good experience at Laser Clinics Fulham. The clinic was very professional and clean, and the THELMA who treated me was extremely kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic.

I am a regular client of this clinic, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing.

During my last visit, I was incorrectly charged an extra £48, which I unfortunately paid without noticing at the time. I realised the mistake almost immediately after the payment, and the staff acknowledged that I should not have been charged this amount.

Since then, I have been repeatedly assured that a refund would be processed “as soon as possible.” However, it has now been over two months, and despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, no refund has been issued.

At this point, the issue is no longer about the amount, but about the lack of accountability and communication. As a loyal customer, I did not expect to have to chase such a straightforward refund for this long.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution and a clear update on when my refund will actually be processed.

Been attending the Fulham Broadway clinic for about 4 yrs.
Very satisfied with the staff and the results.
The manageress Aisha is always attentive and friendly. Only on one occasion I was not happy with the results and Aisha sorted it out without hesitation.
I find all the staff attentive and kind.

Amazing! Dr Liliana is great and… no bruises for the first time in 30 years, so impressed. I’m someone that has always bruised in the past and had to pile on the cover up and avoided we going out to events for over a week - but now I have Dr Liliana, the long term problem has gone and I’m a happy woman!
All the staff are so lovely and welcoming , the only problem is no loo so you have to go to the public one in Fulham Broadway shopping centre.

Doctor Lilianna was absolutely amazing 🤩 I can highly recommend this lovely lady for lip fillers. She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and the results are beautiful!

I’ve been going here for 8 months now. I’d recommend for laser but the lady doing my Botox missed several spots I requested which led to a very uneven forehead. Would not recommend
