I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Laser Clinics UK Guildford.

I purchased a treatment package after being advised during my consultation that I would receive a discounted rate for paying upfront. After attending three sessions, I arrived for my fourth appointment only to be told that there had been a pricing error and that I would need to pay additional money.

What was particularly frustrating was that I was never contacted about this issue beforehand. I took time off, travelled to the clinic, and attended my appointment as scheduled, only to discover the problem upon arrival.

I repeatedly requested invoices and clarification regarding my account. I was advised that management would contact me, but this never happened. I was also provided with manager contact details that proved to be incorrect, which further delayed any attempt to resolve the matter.

My treatment schedule has now been disrupted due to the unresolved issues, and I have completely lost confidence in the clinic's ability to manage customer accounts and complaints appropriately.

Most concerning of all, I submitted a formal written complaint requesting clarification, documentation, and a resolution. Despite this, I have received no meaningful response.

I had previously recommended this clinic to friends based on my initial impression, but unfortunately my experience with customer service, communication, and complaint handling has been extremely disappointing

Victoria does my laser hair removal and she is so precise, takes so much care in making sure she has treated every area and explains in detail how the laser removal works, why certain hair is okay and some isn’t. She is so brilliant, will be booking in with her for future treatments!

I have been going to Laser Clinic Guilford for 2 years now, I do a monthly enzyme peel and LED light session which has helped my skin a lot. The staff are great and caring and cater to your skin needs. I would recommend this branch to family and friends. Victoria did my microdermisation facial and did a great job and was gentle with my skin and gave me an amazing facial.

The staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable from a male perspective. As I had a Hollywood and underarms laser hair removal. The service went well and is very affordable and works out cheaper if you buy a hair removal package instead of individual treatments. I enjoyed the experience and am looking forward to having more sessions.

The session was extremely rushed and much quicker than usual. I asked for Brazilian, but the therapist did not treat the hidden areas properly. I also barely felt anything during the session, which is very unusual for me as I have had many laser sessions before and normally the treatment is done at a stronger setting. I still have significant hair growth, so this is concerning.

I was also unhappy that no soothing cream was applied afterwards and I had to do this myself. The whole experience felt careless and below standard.

Absolutely first-class service from start to finish. I was given such a warm and welcome when I arrived. The member of staff at the reception area was extremely polite and helpful. My treatment (broken capillary removal) was carried out by Eloise. What a credit to UK Laser Clinics she is! The service she provided was faultless. I was immediately put at ease upon meeting her and she explained what the procedure entailed so clearly and thoroughly. She had a wonderfully friendly, yet highly professional, manner. She carried out the procedure with the utmost professionalism and care. I'm very grateful to her. One of the best experiences of the highest level of customer service I've had! I’ve had three sessions here so far, and Elouise is truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever met. She is incredibly professional and always puts me at ease. Throughout my laser treatments, she constantly checks in to ensure I’m comfortable, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended!

Experience with this clinic is excellent as well as their therapist. Elouise is my favorite, she is very thorough and make sure you get the best treatment and your money’s worth, she do it the way she likes it done to her, and with that attitude reassures you’re in the right hands. 🙌🏻

I had Elouise, she was lovely. Very chatty, very informative, talked through the treatments.

Not sure where to start.
Had a consultation booked went to the Guikdford branch, I had a lady started talking to me about a different treatment I had booked in for then told the machine was broken and they would let me know when it was back up and running, but what they did was book me another consultation to suit themselves.
After many attempts to call them they eventually answered, a nice lady who rearranged the appointment and assured me I was going to see there senior therapist, so attended again had to complete the forms again??? got called in and she started talking to me about a different treatment again, not happy at this stage, them she went out came back and told me that they didn't think they could do the treatment as I was on a medication, why they didn't discuss this the first consultation I don't know (because they don't look at the forms) I was told they would speak to there clinical team and let me know within 2 days a week has past and I have not heard a thing.
Never again would I trust this clinic
