The service was poor this time. Firstly, after the underarm treatment, I felt a bit hot and asked for some lotion to cool down, but the therapist ignored my request and said I would only be given any after the full treatment was finished. Previous therapists would give me whenever I required it. Secondly, during the treatment of the lower area, no lines were marked on my skin, which made me feel that some areas had been missed. This looked not professional. Furthermore, the therapist continued to work quickly even when I expressed pain, which made me feel disrespected. Thirdly, after the treatment had finished, I asked for more lotion to soothe the pain, but the therapist refused, leaving me feeling belittled and ignored.

Had an immensely positive experience with Farkhondeh in Kingston. She was friendly, efficient and honest. A huge asset to your firm.

My experience so far at laser clinic has been truly amazing. I have started my journey with Farah, she reassured me and gave me advice on any doubts I had in our consultation. She is always super supportive, kind and always puts her clients first to make sure they feel comfortable. I’ve already had 4 sessions and I have seen great results already!

I had Farah today at the Kingston branch for laser and she was a true professional. Super warm reception, knowledgeable and I was blown away by her customer service as she took the time to explain everything and make sure I was happy - very attentive to your hair and needs.
A real credit to the clinic and made the whole experience so enjoyable, not to mention a walk in the park!

I have had an amazing experience at Laser Clinics Kingston. Shout out to Karolina who has been exceptional with her service to me. She communicates well, listens to your questions and guides you through the treatment plan. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Terrible customer management – Richmond & Kingston branches

I paid £150 for a laser package at the Richmond branch and was clearly told it could be used at other branches. The branch later closed without any notice, and I was never contacted or offered a refund or a convenient transfer.

When I went to the Kingston branch, I explained my existing package and was given a facial laser treatment. Only after the treatment was I told my package wasn’t valid there. Had I known, I would not have proceeded, as I already have £125 remaining on my package.

I was then forced to pay an extra £27, and only afterwards told that my package had supposedly been transferred to Putney—without my consent or any prior communication.

This is misleading, poorly managed, and unfair. I will be requesting a full refund and would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing packages from Laser Clinics.

The girl made me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous before i went in.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. They always treat their customers as if each one is special to them. Always find it a nice friendly environment whenever I visit.

To date, there has been limited progress. The explanation provided was that it is due to my daughter’s skin tone being in between. I believe it is the responsibility of the service provider to determine which solution is the most effective and efficient. Another concern is that using the incorrect light wave can result in hair growth. I cannot say that the service is sufficiently expert and satisfactory at this point.

I was nervous about laser hair removal, but the process was so smooth and comfortable. Madaleina was professional and friendly, making the whole experience really easy. Highly recommend!

I had my first laser hair removal appointment today and it was a great experience. The technician was very professional and kind, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the session. She explained everything clearly and took great care. Diona ( not sure if the right spelling) was extremely kind, and I would love to have all my future treatments with her. I’m really happy with the service and looking forward to my next appointment in Kingston.

Dr. Monaf is brilliant. Takes his time to explain options, offers recommendations without turning it into a sales talk. Follow up is great and results are perfect.

I got both and felt very scammed. They did not put the amount of botox that I paid for and told me I could come back for a touch up but the first time was such a disappointment and I was very busy, basically I paid £250 for nothing.

Undriendly staff and very dismissive. The staff is more to sell treatments and making money rather than providing advices and doing the jon properly.

I purchased a couple of packages with Laser Kingston and it was fine. I loved the results of laser. I didn’t find the staff very friendly. Something different was always told to me. As I moved onto a new area they told me I should have come in to have the area viewed to determine the hair there. So the next time I had a new area I booked in for a consultation and the girl said “I don’t understand you come here all the time” I said I’d been told when adding a new area and she rolled her eyes and said “ok it’s up to me” I have been there when the glass fell out of the laser when doing my arms and again doing my neck. The girl was really lovely and seemed quite panicked but to be fair it made me more nervous. I have been in the waiting room when a woman came in to ask for the manager as she had been burned in the bikini area. The women at reception showed no empathy and said the manager wasn’t in. When she left they both laughed. I have been in the room when an older woman came on and checked in for her appointment, she then said “oh I need to give my husband my bag” (he was just outside the shop) as she turned the women behind the desk gave a over the top eye roll. They are not approachable at all. This has not been the best year for me. I lost my dad. I have had operations and I have been ill more than usual. I have canceled a few times but always called asap and been apologetic. I understand they can swallow the money and slot, I have always been thankful that they never have but would understand. In July I called after vomiting through the night. I have no idea who I spoke to but she sighed down the phone and said “sick again” I said “oh no are other people sick” thinking she ment there had been cancellations that morning. She said “no… you apparently” then there was silence. I think I babbled apologies then said she was making me feel awful and o hung up. She called back and left a voicemail (I really really wish i could attach it!) where she sounded like she had been laughing and said “so so sorry if I made you feel bad”
I didn’t call back but emailed in July the customer service. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to the Kingston branch. I asked if I could maybe move to another like Richmond (my friend goes there and said it’s great) I then got an email through the night saying they have passed it onto the Kingston manager and they will call me. I have sent 5 messages as I have packages still there. 4 times they messaged back to say the manager will get back to me. Same auto message at random hours. They don’t care. I 100% get that cancelling is bad. They could have just been professional and said unfortunately it’s too late and they will have to deduct from my package. But I got the sarcasm and seeing how they have been with other customers just made me too upset. Laser with them is fine. The customer service isn’t.
