I had lovely Iqrah who is caring, professional and knowledgeable treating my arms and face. As always, she has done a wonderful job and always remembers to ask me how my hair growth is. I am very happy with my treatment and results. Highly reccomend.

Great experience! Mariam was fantastic—so kind, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I felt really well looked after throughout, and she was very generous with her advice. She made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. I highly recommend this Laser Clinic!

1 star as the staff are nice and its good price. the settings aren't as near as high as ive had at other clinics so doesn't work as we'll but my main problem is reliability. getting there to be told ive no appointment as the 'system' double booked so although ive got a email with the appointment. a text I replied 'yes' to. another text saying they changed the time of the appointment. even though I booked it weeks in advance and travelled 45 min to get there. sat there 30min as they're running behind and paid for parking and petrol im told I can only have 1 of my 3 treatments as they double booked me costing me time and money having to return another day. customers have busy lives we cant keep turning up wasting time to be told to come back costing us petrol parking and our days off. shocking management!!! if youre happy to chance your appointment may or may not actally happen and happy to waste time traveling and extra costs on parking then its great as staff and treatments are good but if you want reliability that you're actually booked in I cant say you'll get that.

Really poor services at both Leeds and Bradford clinic. Constantly cancelling appointments. High staff turnover over and low quality results.

Rude, inconsiderate staff. Still had 4 mins left of my appointment already on the bed and just needed my neck doing which takes 30seconds if that and refused to do my last area because I was 2 minutes late to a 20 minute slot. Life is not that deep-and customers ARE the business. Little things like this make a big difference

Saima as an experienced lead member of the Leeds team, is always attentive, professional and patient, carrying out each session with accuracy and clear communication. I feel very safe and well looked after and am very happy with my results. Highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with the laser clinic. I started my treatment just a little over a year ago and have found them extremely worth every penny. I may need more sessions now that my block of 10 are done but I’ll see how I get on. The ladies who work in the clinic were always polite and friendly, except for one occasion when I couldn’t make a session due to the local riots, I found the person on the other side of the phone to be rude and dismissive, which I didn’t appreciate. But other than that I’ve been recommending laser and specifically the laser clinic to anyone with ears!

This was my first time coming here and first time doing laser hair removal, so initially I was very nervous. But the lady doing my consultation resolved my nerves and everything was so chill. And the laser itself didn't hurt at all! I am so glad for that :D

Worst experience ever .

I just been for my laser therapy for my skin which I booked it online .I have filled my medical questionnaire a week ago which I think no one had a look at it .Had a consultation with a therapist who is not even sorry about the situation she mentioned that I cannot have a laser as i have a brown skin .Laser clinic would have seen my questionnaire before hand and sent me an email which would have saved all my time and parking charges .What a great way of wasting customers time .My ref no .PO7217212311.

Absolutely the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I made the mistake of returning to LaserClinicUK, only to regret it even more the second time.

The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate. Even though I tried to make changes a month before my appointment, they refused to refund my money or offer a proper rescheduling option.

The equipment they use is only Candela laser, which in my case made things worse. Instead of reducing facial hair, it doubled my hair growth, and when I returned to voice my concerns, I got no real answers or help. Just blank stares and a complete lack of accountability.

This place is unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away. Please don’t risk your skin or money, avoid LaserClinicUK at all costs!

On 12 April due to technical fault on Klarna app, duplicate transaction was completed in-store and on website.I contacted Klarna and they have paused payment for one of the duplicate transaction. Laser Clinic insisted that they’ve have only one transaction on record despite being given evidence on 21st April of duplicate transactions and to date they have not responded. I have not used any of the treatments as yet and The next payment is due May 12th and I’m still waiting on the refund; is it that hard to get my money back?

I attended the Leeds clinic due to concerns of my skin. I have struggled with acne for many years and since getting rid of the active breakouts i have been left with red marks on the skin. I have done my own research and seen many characteristics that point to one specific thing. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had no issue until the skin consult. I felt the woman was quite insensitive and dismissive of things i was asking and saying. We spoke for 15 minutes, the only thing she asked about was to find out if i was eligible for treatments. No care for my actual skin. And when it came to looking at my this was a 5 second glance. Its not super obvious on my skin which is why i expected a proper examination. Because of this, i was shocked when she came back with a £1,000+ treatment plan for something that i don't believe is the issue. There was no medical explanation as to why its happening or what the treatment would do to help. As well as this, she presented me with 8 different types of creams and serums that i would need to accompany the treatment itself which was not included in the price. It felt very unprofessional and i would not have felt safe leaving my skin in such hands. I felt very vulnerable and not respected or cared for. Rather seen as a money bag as such, to see to what extent they could profit off of me. Poor experience overall. It is more suitable for people who are wanting to have cosmetic procedures more focused on injections and hair removal for example. However, for more vulnerable/sensitive skin issues i suggest seeing someone with a medical grade background who can offer you the support you need.

The original appointment was fine but the Leeds branch are a nightmare to deal with afterwards. Have rung multiple times and left several voicemails asking to reschedule my follow-up appointment but phone never picked up and calls not returned. No email address is listed so they’re literally impossible to get in contact with.

Lindsey was very friendly, informative, kind and efficient. Very good advice on aftercare treatment.

I was treated today by a lovely lady with blonde hair at the Leeds branch today. Her service was the best that I have experienced so far here. High levels of professional. She took time and care when doing the treatment. She ensured no parts of treatment areas were missed. Thank you very much.
