Sky was just brilliant, really thorough and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble

Have had 5 laser sessions at this clinic already, and all the lovely ladies have been excellent practitioners so far - Angela, Diane, Zarah and Skye. Yesterday, I had my treatment yesterday with Skye and had a super positive experience! She was very thorough, meticulous, and professional throughout.

She took the time to carefully analyse my skin and hair growth, paying close attention to what I informed were my problem areas, and she ensured everything was treated properly and attentively. I never felt rushed; instead, it was clear she genuinely cared about doing the job well and helping me achieve the best results as I continue with the treatment program.

Regarding the actual progress of the laser, I definitely can see a reduction in hair growth, some areas are speedier and more responsive than others, but that is to be expected and consistency is key.

Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d absolutely recommend Skye and the team to anyone considering laser hair removal, even when it’s areas that may be more challenging or intimate. All of the ladies are very reassuring and make your comfort their priority.

I had my full body laser treatment on the 11th of March which was carried out by Annie. This is the first time I’ve ever had Annie carry out my treatment as I have been coming to the clinic for some time now.
Annie was amazing, she was very friendly, polite and did very thorough checks before the start of the treatment.
She took her time in each section and always ensured I was okay throughout the treatment. Which was nice of her to ensure I had no pain with the treatment etc.
I was pleased with the overall treatment and felt she covered each section and applied laser Aid after the treatment.
Amazing service received and I say every staff member in the Nottingham clinic are nice and friendly. Such lovely ladies-: Zara, Diane, Angela, Danielle, and Sky. The staff is what makes the experience and helps the customer have confidence in returning to the clinic for further treatments.
Would highly recommend this laser clinic for laser hair removal as I have found it has really worked well for me!

Skye has been absolutely amazing throughout my laser hair removal journey at the Nottingham branch. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable, and she always greets me with a friendly smile.

Skye makes me feel relaxed and completely comfortable during every session, which I really appreciate. I’m so pleased with my results that I’ve confidently recommended Laser Clinics to many of my friends, who have now started treatments themselves.

I had my first laser hair removal treatment, the staff member that treated me (Sky I believe, I'm bad with names) was very friendly and professional, helped me every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I am a wheelchair user so the whole experience was extra tricky but they were willing to give me any extra time or assistance needed. It was my first treatment so I don't know what the results will be but am more than happy to go back with that level of service.

I can start with that the only good thing was the girl that did my laser she was really sweet and very friendly but that is sadly not enough when putting money into something and I know what to expect!

I have already completed 9 laser hair removal sessions at another clinic before trying this place for my 10th session. I’ve always been very consistent with my appointments the first three were 27 days apart, the next three 31 days apart, and the last three about 60 days apart because my hair growth had slowed down significantly, which is exactly what should happen after multiple effective treatments.

Before booking my appointment , I also had a consultation, where I specifically mentioned that I’d already done 9 sessions and that my settings usually needed to be higher at this stage because the remaining hair is finer and harder to target. Despite this, I was told my hair was “thick,” which is completely inaccurate especially since I barely have any visible hair left on my arms or most other areas due to previous treatments.

I shaved on November 26th and had the session on November 27th. Normally, after so many sessions, my hair would take much longer to grow back sometimes weeks / months and even then it would be sparse.

However, after being treated here, by December 2nd (just 5 days later) my hair was already growing back noticeably, particularly on my Brazilian and underarms. Some areas look like they were barely touched at all, and the regrowth is soft in a way that makes it obvious the laser wasn’t applied effectively. This is not how hair behaves after 9+ proper laser sessions.

When I raised my concerns, today on the 2nd of December I was told “hair grows differently,” which I already understand. But I also know exactly what my regrowth pattern looks like after nearly ten sessions done correctly and what I am experiencing now is completely inconsistent with that.

Based on my treatment history and the results I’ve always had elsewhere, it is clear that this session was not performed thoroughly or with the appropriate settings. I paid for a professional, high-quality service, and the results I received do not reflect that at all.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic, as my experience shows they are not using accurate assessments or proper settings, and the treatment quality does not align with what you should expect from professional laser hair removal.

Good morning

I am very disappointed to write and complain after speaking to your staff and complaining about the service my daughter has had under your company.

Twice now she has travelled from Newcastle to appointments made with Diane, I believe the manager, to have her laser done and both times now the appointments have been over 30mins late causing stress and anguish due to having to catch trains back, and also on both occasions Diane has not done the appointment even though it was specifically book with her and the other person has not been able to do the treatment. Therefore after organising to come to your clinic no treatment has taken place.

Not only has this caused time, effort and a lot of mental anxiety after travelling, the cost of 2 missed treatments and no refund is totally unacceptable.

I look forward to an email or call in the next 24 hours with your reply to this mess.

Unhappy with my experience this week. I have felt dissatisfied with my two contacts in various ways. Will be taking my money elsewhere in future.
I am particularly unhappy with my session today and would be keen to discuss with whoever is in charge. Would have given four stars otherwise.

I had a great experience the practitioner was very knowledgeable,professional, polite and experienced.

Couldn’t have been in better hands. They went above and beyond from the start of my treatment to leaving the clinic. Professional all the way through and very caring also. Highly recommend.

I had my laser hair removal session with Anne and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. Anne took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I felt comfortable and informed. Throughout the session, she kept checking in with me, asking how it felt and whether she needed to adjust the power to make sure I was at ease. That level of care and attention really stood out. She made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I’d highly recommend Anne to anyone considering laser treatments, she’s absolutely fantastic!

I have been using laser clinics uk for laser hair removal and it’s the best thing I’ve done for my skin. The place is excellent, the staff is lovely. I’ve been greeted by Zarah today and she is amazing . Love to come back here for my treatments again. I’ve recommended it to my friend aswell and she is also getting treatment from here.

Today I had a terrible experience with Laser Clinic Nottingham. I had purchased my package online and booked my appointment for the 7th of July at 12:00. I even received a call from the clinic confirming the date. However, when I arrived at the clinic on the scheduled day and time, the staff member present told me there was no appointment booked under my name for that date and time. They then rescheduled me for the following day, the 8th of July at 15:20.

I arrived at the clinic early for this new appointment. One of the staff members told me to wait, and even though my scheduled time had already passed, I was finally taken to the treatment room and the process began. However, the treatment was interrupted halfway through (I only had half of my arm treated) and then cancelled, without offering me a new appointment.

This happened because my son was waiting outside the clinic for me to finish the treatment — a treatment that had been rescheduled by your team, and once again, you did not keep to the scheduled time. If I had been seen on the original date, none of this would have happened.

Enni was brilliant and very gentle. She gave excellent advice and really made me feel comfortable throughout.

Very poor customer service. Have been a customer a long time and have seen many new management teams come and go but this never improves. They have great equipment and a couple of lovely team members, Sky in particular, however other staff provide inconsistent treatments. Phone line is never answered. Have tried to resolve my complaint recently with no positive outcome and have therefore stopped my treatments.

I had an appointment today 31 March , I was a little anxious to be honest but Sky was very helpful she walked me through the process and explained me everything with clarity. Sky was very professional she made me feel comfortable .

The customer service is very poor, they double book clients and don't try and make any amendments for it. They also always never seem to know what area you are having done, despite it being on your record.Every clinician lasers a slightly different area so it is hard to see progress. Some Clinicians are in such a hurry to move on to the next customer the whole experience feels very rushed, they don't even answer your questions or concerns after you've had your service done because they are in such a rush to get to the next customer. This happened at Laser Clinics Nottingham so I am not sure if they are all like this.

Ill start of with the good, The Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and they made me feel less anxious when i went in.

Sadly the results i got from the treatments were terrible, I have had 6 laser hair removal sessions on my face and other than my top lip i cant see any difference than before. I was expecting at least a small reduction or a few patches but instead it still grows really thick on my whole face.
Was also upset that the clinic shut down for around 2 weeks at one point, my appointments were canceled and i was left with radio silence. I havent had any issues since then though.
I wasnt told you could laser the nose bridge until i was on my 5th treatment and i found that upsetting.
I feel like i wasted time and money, The only upside was that i was treated well.

(update 12/11/24 ) I gave them the details they requested through Trustpilot and haven't heard anything back in over 2 weeks.
