I’ve had seven laser hair removal sessions at the Stratford branch, and my experience has been excellent. Zana is incredibly professional, thorough, and always makes sure I feel comfortable throughout each appointment. Before every treatment, she carefully checks that it is safe to proceed and takes the time to remind me of all the important aftercare instructions.

I am very happy with both the service I’ve received and the results I’ve seen so far. Zana’s attention to detail and friendly approach make every session a positive experience. I would highly recommend booking your treatments with Zana if you’re considering laser hair removal at the Stratford branch.

I cannot recommend Zana enough at the Laser Clinics Stratford Westfield location. As this was my first time having laser treatment, I was quite nervous, but she has made the entire experience so smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and always pays close attention to my needs, making me feel completely at ease during every session. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she is also such a warm and lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and feel very lucky to have Zana as my laser therapist. She is a real credit to the team and deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides.

I honestly feel like I've been mugged off here. I booked 12 sessions (armpits & hollywood) - each session was SO short, it seemed impossible they got each area of hair. I'd try to be descriptive about the regrowth, so I sometimes had more attention to detail, depending on the person.

A few weeks after my sessions, I can barely notice the difference from when I started. Yes, some bits are thinner, but areas I could tell they didn't want to do in detail, are back as normal. A joke. I would recommend if you want laser you pay more to go somewhere better.

I’ve had Zana for my past 3 sessions and she is so wonderful! So thorough and fast with my treatments. An absolute delight! Would 100% recommend her and laser clinics xx

My hair removal treatment did not work at all. During the treatment, I told the lady several times that the setting did not feel strong enough, as I have had this treatment multiple times before and it felt completely different on those occasions. She reassured me not to worry, saying that the treatment was very strong and that it would work.I trusted her, although I still had my doubts. Now, after couple of weeks and with no hair falling out, it is clear to me that the treatment was not carried out properly. I’ve contacted the salon multiple times regarding a refund, but my requests have been ignored.
Please don’t waste your time or money at this place!

The girl I had was extremely friendly, bless her she had to run out to get gloves and kept me updated while I waited. Bare in mind I only waited 5 mins but the level of care and worry they have is soo lovely makes you feel very comfortable-

I just had my Hydrafacial with Precious at Laser Clinics Stratford and it was fantastic. I'm used to this treatment but this was possibly the best one I've had yet. Very thorough and focusing on congested areas exactly like I needed it. She was great. Will be coming back soon!

It was my first time to have my laser here at Laser Clinics Westfield Stratford. I got nervous at first but the staff named Darshita was very nice and gentle that made me feel at ease.

I have been undergoing facial laser treatments for several years, so I am very familiar with the procedure and the appropriate intensity levels for effective results. I recently attended your clinic to use a prepaid session I had remaining before it expired.
Before the treatment began, I clearly requested that the laser be performed at a higher intensity, as I am not a first-time client and require a setting suitable for ongoing treatment. However, despite my request, the treatment was carried out at the lowest possible level, which is typically used for first-time sessions. As a result, the session has had no effect whatsoever.
Also, I was very concerned that the laser was applied directly over an inflamed spot on my face. In my past experiences with other practitioners, this area has always been carefully avoided to prevent skin damage or pigmentation issues. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit, and I am now left with visible marks on my skin following the treatment.
I find this level of care highly unprofessional and disappointing. Clients trust trained practitioners to carry out treatments safely and appropriately, and this experience has not met even basic expectations.

staff are lovely and very thorough when doing laser hair removal. they make sure that you are comfortable and ploite, the facilities are clean and well maintained too. would definitely recommend :)
