Very unprofessional staff, save your money and go elsewhere! Treatments don't work as they skip parts of it and change settings on machine

Super staff. Mega professional. I felt like a kind

Staff are so polite & professional, have had a number of different team members for various appts and can’t say a bad thing about any of them, service is always fantastic. The treatments are so quick with amazing results that are pretty instantaneous!

I had an excellent experience during my laser session with Zana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and well-informed about the entire process.

Zana went beyond expectations in every aspect of the treatment. She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain each step and ensure I was at ease throughout. Her professionalism and care really stood out, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable.

The session itself was smooth and handled with great precision. Zana’s expertise was clear, and I felt I was in very safe hands. She didn’t rush anything and genuinely focused on delivering the best possible results.

Not professional

Dipti was very helpful with explaining every step of a hydrafacial and its benefits. She also assured my daughter when she was scared for a laser treatment, assuring her that there would not be much pain and only discomfort. She had also explained after care to help us maintain clean skin, with providing information on how to use products.

It was my first time at laser clinic Newcastle I had the yellow LED light facial it was very relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. The girls at the clinic were lovely very friendly I will definitely be booking more treatments.

I felt very comfortable with the lady treating me. She was very efficient and kept checking I wasn't in any pain. To be honest, I barely felt anything. I would recommend them to others.

It was very personal and Mara who treated me was so friendly, helpful and very pleasant. She explained everything fully and was very concerned about my wellbeing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Laser Clinics UK Guildford.

I purchased a treatment package after being advised during my consultation that I would receive a discounted rate for paying upfront. After attending three sessions, I arrived for my fourth appointment only to be told that there had been a pricing error and that I would need to pay additional money.

What was particularly frustrating was that I was never contacted about this issue beforehand. I took time off, travelled to the clinic, and attended my appointment as scheduled, only to discover the problem upon arrival.

I repeatedly requested invoices and clarification regarding my account. I was advised that management would contact me, but this never happened. I was also provided with manager contact details that proved to be incorrect, which further delayed any attempt to resolve the matter.

My treatment schedule has now been disrupted due to the unresolved issues, and I have completely lost confidence in the clinic's ability to manage customer accounts and complaints appropriately.

Most concerning of all, I submitted a formal written complaint requesting clarification, documentation, and a resolution. Despite this, I have received no meaningful response.

I had previously recommended this clinic to friends based on my initial impression, but unfortunately my experience with customer service, communication, and complaint handling has been extremely disappointing

Victoria does my laser hair removal and she is so precise, takes so much care in making sure she has treated every area and explains in detail how the laser removal works, why certain hair is okay and some isn’t. She is so brilliant, will be booking in with her for future treatments!

I had a session with Niki! She is great! Some ladies are not very precise and she did great job. She paid attention to every part of the body. She is also very sweet and social! Everyone is very kind and sweet! I can recommend it very much! Love the place by the way ive been coming here for like 2 years now and wouldnt go anywhere else!

I booked 6 sessions with you, but only the first and last session were done properly. Every visit I had a different staff member, and many of them were rude or unprofessional. When I arrived early, I was kept waiting 20–30 minutes, but the one time I was late, my session was refused. This is unfair and inconsistent.I also booked face laser, but after one week the hair comes back the same. After completing all 6 sessions, there is no improvement at all. I have no medical issues, so the only explanation is that the sessions were not done properly or consistently.
I also brought 3 other people with me, and all of them were unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. This shows the issue is not just with my treatment.I even tried to speak to staff directly, but they ignored me and walked away instead of listening or helping. This behaviour is completely unprofessional.I am very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. I request a proper explanation and a solution — either a corrective sessions with an experienced staff member.Thank you.

Amazing service and fantastic results! I’ve seen absolutely amazing results and such a huge difference since starting my treatments. My skin feels so much smoother, and I’m genuinely so happy with the outcome. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and professional, making every appointment a great experience. Highly recommend!
