Great all round experience and happy to keep going back

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my wife recently received at the Caringbah branch of your clinic.

She was referred to the Caringbah branch by Miranda Laser Clinic because they were unable to accommodate her booking on her day off. For the exact same service she regularly receives at Miranda, she was shocked to discover that the price at Caringbah was an outrageous 141% increase.

To make matters worse, after raising the issue, Miranda Clinic later confirmed that the price charged was indeed excessive. While we appreciate that Miranda has agreed to compensate for this on her next visit, this incident has left us extremely disappointed with the experience at Caringbah.

Terrible service. The staff made me feel inadequate and each time i return I receive different treatment/attutide. After being a loyal customer to laser clinics Caringbah for many years safe to say I won't be returning.

Absolutely amazing, positive experience, honest great worker in Kristy at Caringbah, who suggested a corse of needling treatments, with microdermabrasions and all the products I need to maintain for my skin.

This started over 4 months ago helping me feel good about my face, because as my son is getting married in two weeks and Kristy had made me feel very happy with everything she has done to my face. I can’t wait for my sons wedding now, as my face looks and feel 100% better than it ever has.

Would totally recommend Kristy for her advice, I found everything she had suggested to do for my skin worked.
And I will continue to use the products and continue to always ask her for advise in the future.

I was greeted by a very happy helpful girl at reception. I waited less an 3 minutes to meet the nurse. It was a very easy straight forward process that was explained to me. I left twenty minutes later with my next appointment and a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff with knowledge regarding treatments. The therapist I had performed the treatment to perfection. Very pleased. Have already booked my next appointment.
